Unbelievably good! Had an issue with a gas leak at our new home. The office response time from Crystal was extremely fast and thorough. The plumbers were out promptly and each time they were out performed very professionally and took care of the leak. We are now back with gas in our home thanks to K and R. Don't hesitate to call them!

I had Robert swing by to give me a quote on some work. Such an honest guy, there is a reason he has such great reviews. I encourage you to replace your current go to with these guys. His recommendation actually involved no work at all...very different than some others that recommended a full house re-piping. You're a rare breed Robert, thanks for having integrity and honesty.

I needed a water line installed for my new refrigerator, so I reached out to several plumbers on Yelp for a quote. Not only did Robert answer me within 5 minutes, he gave me a quote of $250.00 based solely on my description and dimensions of my kitchen - and his 20 some years of experience I suppose. Every other plumber wanted to come over and see the kitchen before they would even ballpark quote the job for me - one even said he might need to ""go under the house"" (really sir?). Robert and I messaged a few times and he asked me to call his wife (""the boss"", as he calls her) at the office to schedule a time for his visit. Crystal was so sweet and accommodating when we spoke over the phone. The day before his visit, a pipe under my sink sprang a leak - so I was glad I had made the appointment! On the day, he came over to look at the damage, and told me that he didn't have the part needed to fix the pipe, but that he would be back Saturday morning with all parts - AND DO BOTH JOBS FOR THE ORIGINALLY QUOTED PRICE!! How many times do you meet a service provider who throws in an extra job for free? Both times he came over, he called first to let me know he was on his way, and he was right on time - literally on the dot, He and his partner completed both jobs in about 1/2 hour. I cannot recommend K&R Plumbing enough. I will not hesitate to use this company when I have another problem.

Horrible costumer service! I had several problems and plumbing issues, they came out and said they would reschedule when they get the parts. They said they got the parts made and appointment for today, this morning they called and cancelled saying they did not get the parts to fix the shower, i asked if they could still come and fix the sinks in the master bathroom since we have been unable to use them for weeks. The owner Robert got on the phone and immediately sounded annoyed and told me its not cost effective to make 2 trips raised his voice when I told him it would be helpful to us to get our bathroom sinks fixed immediately as we need to brush out teeth wash hands etc. He yelled at me and told me you don't know who you are talking to. One of the worst experiences I have had with a plumber or service company. The guy sounded like and uneducated thug on the phone by raising his voice and using threatening language. . I had to tell him i would not be using his service and will make it my mission to make sure people are aware of the negative experience I had.

Great service. Nice folks. I asked them via yelp for an estimate on a wobbly pedestal sink and leak. I thought the estimate was reasonable so I scheduled an appointment. They came on time and fixed the sink. What more can you ask for?

Their bid to replace water and gas pipes under our house was half the amount of the bid from the plumbers we've been using for 6 months. I'm a happy customer. This folks are amazing!! Until now, I have never found a plumber that was more caring and compassionate, in looking out for the customer.

I was recently shopping for a new plumber when I came across K and R Plumbing. After reading all their stellar reviews, I wanted to try them out. Well coincidentally my home protection warranty called them on my behalf to address 2 claims. So I had the opportunity to assess them. All I can say is WOW!!! First, they cleared our stopped up drains and cleared a feed line to our kitchen faucet (this after another plumber told us that the line was clear and that we needed to replace our kitchen faucet at substantial cost). They had our faucet working better than ever in less than 5 minutes.

These people treat you like family. They went way above and beyond to resolve a tankless water heater issue that I had been experiencing, even in trouble shooting with the manufacturer and convincing the manufacturer that the appropriate resolution was for them to replace our water heater under warranty.

My wife and I have most definitely found our go-to plumber. You cannot go wrong with these folks.

Great service, gave a service call before coming over. I experienced a pinhole leak (my second one in 5-6 months) called them 7/2 nearing the holiday. He was willing to come out but just to save some money I had him show up next day. Robert was very knowledgable and honest. Honesty is something you rarely see sad to say but his son in law Brent was also honest in what had to be done. They even reinforced some other hazardous issues since they were there and I'm glad I chose K & R. I'm a first time home owner and quickly learning how cutthroat some of these people can be.

I'd use them over and over but I'm hoping to get the place entirely repiped so I'd never have to call any plumber but if I had to I'd call Robert and his family any day any time.
