What a dishonest plumbing company. Used my home warranty and my service fee was $75. Paid the plumber upfront on the day of service. They are claiming they did not get paid and my warranty company send me into collection. I paid in cash and no way to prove it but my word. It is sad how they can call themselves professional and lie about $75... I will think twice about hiring them.

George of Kosta Plumbing recently replaced my hot water heater. He was subcontracting to Unimaster Plumbing (a terrible company) that was contracted by Sears' Home warranty (a waste of money). George was very personable and did a good job. I highly recommend him, and will likely contact him directly to use him again when I have a plumbing issue.

The hot water heater in my rental property is leaking water and tenant shut off the main water valve because the valve in hot water heater was not working too. I called my warranty company old republic home protection very late at night to file the repair request. They assigned Kosta plumbing. I was worry of not able to restore the water and hot water heater fast enough for the tenant.

George from Kosta plumbing picked up my phone the next day morning. He went to the property in two hour to check it out and filed the replacement to the warranty company immediately. He arranged to replace the hot water heater and new valve the very next day.

He and his office lady are responsive and helpful. This is very hard to find especially a vender from home warranty company.

My wife woke up early to go to work today Saturday. I guess she didn't want to wake me so she let me sleep. When I got up around 7:30am and went to the restroom, there were towels in the floor and it was wet. I went out side to see the water heater and it had indeed burst and water all over. So the first step was to find a plumber and, the first place to look was here on Yelp. I have not been mislead by either positive or negative reviews because they are from people like me that tell it like it is. I searched for a plumber in my zip code and found Kosta. I saw he was open until 12 noon today and I figured he couldn't do he job today. But I called anyway. And to my pleasant surprise, George said ""yes. I will do it."" He asked me for pics and I sent them. In about an hour he had arrived with a new Rheem water heater. By 11:30am, George had finished the work and we had hot water again. I can't say enough nice things. George was very professional, courteous and polite. He hauled away my old water heater. You know, many times emergencies seem to happen on the weekends. And many businesses aren't available. Plumbing issues are stressful but, they don't have to be if George is around I provide you peace of mind. Which is what he did for me and my family today. George at Kosta Plumbing is extremely knowledgeable about his trade. When my Water Heater unexpectedly failed he was able to expertly diagnose the problem and identify the best path forward. George went above and beyond to contact the manufacturer of the water heater and see if spare parts were available. George is proactive, very responsive, and gives a fair price. I would recommend him and will be using Kosta Plumbing for my next project.

Great coordination, value and service. I had Kosta plumbing remove and replace my toilet with a different one that I had picked out from a local hardware store. They picked it up from the store, did the install and removal on time and let me pay electronically, which was really convenient.
