George saved me today in an emergency call. The pilot lights were accidentally turned off on my main water heater so I suddenly had no more hot water. Apparently, that happened when I had some workers over that were capping the propane gas lines in the attic in the changeout from propane to electric heater and ac. George saved the day and replaced the pilot light assembly. His price was extremely fair. I was so relieved he fixed the water heater so quickly I even hugged him. It's very hard to find an honest plumber in San Diego. Thank you so much George, you are the best !! See you soon for my next plumbing projects

The toilet in our master bedroom started leaking from the base, so I put in a home warranty claim. They assigned Kosta Plumbing, and told me to contact them directly.

I called the number provided by the warranty company, and George answer - super friendly, and we arranged to have him come out the next day to get it fixed. I got a call about an hour later from their office, confirming the appointment.

George arrived on time the next day, quickly accessed the problem (wax ring wasn't tall enough - whomever did the initial install didn't realize that!), put a new wax ring in, reseated and caulked the toilet. Total time about 45m.

I found George to be a really friendly guy, and I'd happily do business with Kosta Plumbing again!

Their plumber or tech came to my home refused to look under my house (which plumber have you ever heard will diagnose a problem without actually looking at the problem) and then lied to my insurance company about what was needed. Added to the list of terrible plumbing contractors recommended and assigned by Fidelity Home Warranty.

Kosta Plumbing was assigned by my home warranty company to come out and inspect some plumbing issues. George and his colleague came out and did a full inspection of the issues. They identified the faulty part and came back out a few days later to replace it. Now our plumbing issue is fixed and he took the time to discuss a few other plumbing-related questions I had. He made some good suggestions and did not recommend repairs that I did not need. I appreciated his honesty and practicality. Overall a great experience and I will definitely consider using him for other plumbing projects in the future.

What a dishonest plumbing company. Used my home warranty and my service fee was $75. Paid the plumber upfront on the day of service. They are claiming they did not get paid and my warranty company send me into collection. I paid in cash and no way to prove it but my word. It is sad how they can call themselves professional and lie about $75... I will think twice about hiring them.

George of Kosta Plumbing recently replaced my hot water heater. He was subcontracting to Unimaster Plumbing (a terrible company) that was contracted by Sears' Home warranty (a waste of money). George was very personable and did a good job. I highly recommend him, and will likely contact him directly to use him again when I have a plumbing issue.

The hot water heater in my rental property is leaking water and tenant shut off the main water valve because the valve in hot water heater was not working too. I called my warranty company old republic home protection very late at night to file the repair request. They assigned Kosta plumbing. I was worry of not able to restore the water and hot water heater fast enough for the tenant.

George from Kosta plumbing picked up my phone the next day morning. He went to the property in two hour to check it out and filed the replacement to the warranty company immediately. He arranged to replace the hot water heater and new valve the very next day.

He and his office lady are responsive and helpful. This is very hard to find especially a vender from home warranty company.
