Roots clogged up our drain line. There was a complete blockage under the courtyard in an area where it would've been impossible to dig up the pipes. There were other roots in the pipes in an area only accessible via a tiny crawlspace where drain water had leaked. Total nightmare. Stefano diagnosed the issue and cleared the blockage initially. Gave me time to think about it. Then came back with David and Koko a few weeks later to do the long term fix. They were all kind, respectful, and trustworthy. Stefano is the man! I would recommend Koko Drains to anyone.

I was initially referred to KOKO Drains when another plumber was unable to satisfy our requirements for several hundred feet runs of backyard deck drains and rooftop downspout drains.
KOKO, himself came out and did an exceptional job of clearing all our backyard drain lines, to prevent flooding when severe rains came. Using state of the art equipment, like hydro- jet and cameras that could carry for hundreds of feet, he was able to clear lines that others had been unable to, going the extra mile to see that our overflow drains were also cleared. When our laundry room had a backup that flooded our nearby shower and toilet, KOKO Drains sent a team of Alex and David, within a few hours, who first assessed the problem and using our sewer line clean out, were able to clear the obstruction and then using a camera were able to evaluate the whole length of our sewer line for problems and provided valuable information where our various sewer lines connected. They were both professional yet warm and friendly. I would recommend them highly

Koko was scheduled to do a sewer inspection for a home purchase and he was absolutely wonderful! He took his time explaining what he was doing, and even spent some extra time cleaning out the pipes for us even though the visit was only supposed to be for the inspection. He gave us very fair, reasonable quotes for what would be needed for future maintanence and repairs as well. I will definitely call him for any plumbing needs in the future!
