They were able to come in and assess the issues my mother was having and were able to give us a timeline and a price that was very competitive compared to other plumbers that we had quoted me for the job. The office staff was an absolute delight to work with in regards to scheduling and payments. They were friendly, communicative, and were a pleasant surprise. They really made us feel like a valued customer. Koko came out himself to help supervise the work of his fellow plumbers and was very knowledgeable. They help set up all the last barriers to help protect my mother's belonging. They made sure that they would not get dust or dirt on them and they finished the job quicker than they initially estimated. The contractor who installed my toilet couldn't figure out the issue with my toilet, but KoKo Drains fixed the issue in 5 minutes. They also found the source of my leaky sink and fixed it...again after multiple plumbers couldn't find the problem. I'm so relieved I no longer have to search for a good and honest plumber.
