We got a large, well known company in to inspect our pipes, which were backing up. They recommended they break our bathroom floor and the outdoor path to replace a pipe entirely. It was going to cost $3-4k. I got a 2nd opinion from Koko, who came highly recommended. He suggested the other company were being disingenuous, and the problem could be fixed by annual maintenance of roots at a tiny fraction of the price. We've been doing this since, and had no problems. I'm so glad I didn't throw away all that money, and called Koko.

This is a fantastic company who was referred to me by my neighbor. Koko is extremely professional and obviously takes pride in his work and an in being ethical and not overcharging. I went with another company at first but when they told me how much it would be to clean out my drain, I decided to get a second opinion. Koko was super honest and told me I had no real problems with my sewer line and so a big cleaning was unnecessary. Yay!

We used Koko's services during our inspection on a home we are in escrow on. He was very professional, kind, and very thorough in his inspection with the sewer line. He went above and beyond to explain and show us our sewer line statis, and what we will need to do for repairs. He even used his other devices to show is where our sewer line connects to the city's and also helped us with some other concerns that were not part of the original inspection.

We recieved our sewer line scope video recording, with thorough explaining, very fast. I want to say it was a day or two after the inspection.

My main line backed up and I mistakenly went with another company but after being told that after 3 tries they couldn't clear the line this other company slammed me with a $350 service fee. Well I called someone who sent them for me the next day. I can't say enough about how grateful I am that Koko's Drains helped get the mainline cleared on the 1st try. Fantastic.

My house is in escrow and Koko came to inspect the integrity of the sewer line from the house to the street. The house is old so there was no direct entrance to the drain. He went in through a vent on the roof! This was much easier and meant he didn't have to remove and replace the toilet for access. He was done in about 30 minutes and gave me a full report and showed us the video he recorded on the spot. He took the time to then show us where on our street the house connected to the main city sewer line for our own edification.

Lastly, if that wasn't enough, I asked if he could briefly take a look at the bathroom sink which was having drainage problems as reported in our inspection. He looked no questions asked and told me what it would cost to fix - this wasn't even on the manifest for the day but it was a huge help to us.

Would recommend Koko to anyone going forward. As a cherry on top, he underquoted a recommended company I had for the same job by 100 dollars :)
