Koko drains was excellent. My situation involved breaking concrete and repair to an outside drain. They were quick and very neat. The problem was resolved. Also, they power washed all of my exterior drains. The first real heavy rains just happened and my drains worked perfectly! No standing water over any drain holes. We are very satisfied with Koko's excellent work. Good value for a reasonable price.

Dave came out again, this time to help me troubleshoot my fridge issue. It was leaking water from the bottom front.

Dave was just wonderful; proficient, organized, detailed, knowledgeable, and very competent. He cleaned and brushed the coils, then vacuumed the grid. He emptied the condenser pan that was full of water (but not cracked or damaged) and gave me some good advice about options going forward for my 19 year old fridge.

He went ""above and beyond"" the task, taking care to be super meticulous about cleaning up all the gunk behind my fridge. (After 15 years, you can imagine the dirt and detritus!) I was beyond grateful as these old joints could not have managed that sort of clean-up.

I recommend Koko Drains to everyone with a plumbing issue. From the initial phone call to the office to the tech who comes out to service the call, it is all professional and friendly. And, gotta say, love the booties!

I asked for a sewer video inspection to verify status of my kitchen sewer drain that needed to be unclogged on a yearly basis. The most recent was 2 weeks prior to Koko Drains coming to my house. I was under impression that my kitchen drain pipe was broken and was considering a sewer lining since this pipe was running through my house, under or within a slab. Any point repair/digging would require breaking tiles and cutting a slab. Very costly.
Koko Drains' representative kept me informed about a time frame. Koko, himself, came on time, and prior starting a work, he laid a blanket in the working area, and put on his ""house"" booties. He video inspected the pipe (no obvious, visible breakage, told me, it is 1.5 inch diameter, ABS pipe. He showed me on a video a tick layer of grease that significantly reduced a pipe diameter to about 0.5 inches pretty much a full length of pipe (about 50 feet). A potential pipe breakage may be hiding under the grease layer. He proposed to hydro jet a pipe to remove accumulated grease (over past 40 years), which I agreed to. He worked non-stop for 3 hours, patiently hydro jetting the grease and pulling it of the pipe, running snake in to break the large chunks of grease into small pieces so they can be flushed away and simultaneously running a video recording so he and I can see a pipe and progress. He did not stop until a last chunk floated away and the pipe wall was cleaned and exposed.
He cleaned after himself, wiped my floor, and provided a free advice what to do with my outside sewer cleanout.
A cost of hydro jetting seems to be high at the beginning of job, however I did decide to proceed to get to the bottom of the problem. Considering amount of time it took to clean the pipe, amount of work that Koko did, his diligence, attention to detail, his professionalism, I realize it is a fair cost since I did not know what was involved in this type of work. It is worth every penny. At the end, I was very happy camper since I did not have to do lining or very costly point repair. I highly recommend Koko Drains.

I have used Koko drains for nearly 10 years to do annual mainline cleaning to cut all the roots etc. I have a lot of trees and old clay pipes and need this pro-active job once a year to avoid any sewer blocks. I've always paid my bills on time and thought I was a good customer but maybe they don't want my business anymore. Koko drains came out to my house today to hydrojet my area drains as they had pooling of water. Koko listened to the homeowner 's concerns.
Koko was friendly and communicated in detail what he was going to do. He communicated thoroughly the problems he encountered and what he planned to do to fix them. He was focused and efficient with time. He also cleaned up mess . I'm thankful to God for this experienced plumber.
