We needed a plumber to investigate a few issues during a pre-purchase home inspection. Our realtor recommended Koko and set up the appointment.

Koko was prompt, extremely thorough, and really knows his stuff (which is great, because we sure don't). He carefully explained the issue, possible solutions, and potential long-term complications. He even made sure we understood what to look for and do if anything were to go wrong in the future.

We're hoping not to need a plumber again anytime soon, but if we do, Koko will be our first call.

We've used Koko drains twice for preventative maintenance on our sewer line. We live on a hillside, so it was very challenging. But, they took care of everything and explained what was needed.

Yesterday, I called them about a broke pipe under our kitchen sink. They showed up that afternoon, fixed it quickly and the charge was reasonable.

Everyone who works for them is so pleasant! We'll definitely use them again.

My husband and I recently worked with Koko on an inspection for a house in escrow, and he was fantastic! He was punctual, professional, quick to conduct the inspection, and incredibly patient when he debriefed us before leaving as we had quite a few questions. Koko'd staff are prompt and courteous. They gave the expertiseto perform quality plumbing. Gave them 4 stars because they need to return to complete the job. Still have a toilet clog. But I am optimistic they will clear the blockage.

Can't say enough good things about Koko Drains in So. Pasadena. I called with an emergency garbage disposal clog on Saturday (Dec. 26) and Dave was out and saving my life (my sink drain) within a few hours, despite the post holiday backlog. Dave knew just how to clear the drain, then went outside and ran an electric snake in the cleanout for good measure. Everyone, from owner to his office manager wife, to Dave who worked his magic, were personable, professional, and responsive and got the job done!

We had a slow kitchen drain issue that was getting worse, my go to plumber had retired. I have tried big name companies in the past and just not been satisfied with their work.
A trusted coworker recommended Koko's plumbing. David, one their technicians showed up on time, friendly courteous and knowledgeable. He worked with me to figure out the best solution to our problem and was able to include preventive maintenance on the main line to the street all for a very reasonable price! I was very pleased with his work, clean too!
I plan on continuing to use Koko's plumbing for my future needs.
