Love this Kohler showroom-they have a wide selection of Kohler products on display to view and test out.
The associate who helped us was Koichi and he was so very helpful! He spent a long time with us showing us different finishes and giving us samples to test colors.

Koichi also gave us printouts of all of our selections with installation instructions included in a nice folder. Koichi was so efficient and courteous, and we appreciated his great service!

Excellent customer service from in store one-on-one design team to in home delivery crew. Highly recommend Josh & Koichi that are part of the in store design team for your next remodel or facelift of a bathroom. Josh even went above and beyond and answered by installers questions when he called. Beyond excellent customer service. The store has plenty of selection from all levels that will fit your budget. Also great store hours and easy parking. Looking forward to working with them again!

This store is impressive in it's display of Kohler products. That's where the impressiveness ends. In general, staff is disorganized and are not deeply familiar with their products. If you begin working with 1 person chances are they are never in when you call back for questions etc and return calls are rare. I ordered 2 Robern medicine cabinets (now a Kohler product) on May 3rd and after some price haggling (felt like buying a used car as the salesperson had to keep going back to the manager for approval) the purchase was finalized. I was told cabinets would be assembled at the Costa Mesa 'factory' and shipped in 2 - 3 weeks. After 3 weeks passed and I was finally able to reach my sales person I was told that it 'looked like' the cabinets were shipped on May 11th. He was to check on the order. Did not hear back so called a few times again - sales person said still checking on order doesn't know what happened.. This routine went on until last Saturday June 10th when sales person finally returned my call from June 7th admitting that cabinets were lost at the factory and they were trying to find them! I told him that if these expensive cabinets were lost I did not want the ones found expressing my concern about damage. That didn't seem possible and by now I don't trust them. I cancelled the order. Today, I ordered the same cabinets at Faucets and Fixtures who was extremely knowledgeable about the product, for less money and better service.

I made an appointment on a Sunday and went there at 10 am and ended up staying there till almost 4 - Alyssa was really patient and helped me with my design options, layouts, different options to meet my price point. I made my selection 2 weeks after with numerous phone calls and emails in between - Alyssa or her colleague Josh was super helpful with the purchase. I purchased a 66"" bathtub, 4 Robern medicine cabinets, faucets and light sconces. The entire process from design consultation, purchase, delivery by the Kohler trucks was a very good experience. I did have to rerun a few sconces and have other items purchased and they helped me with the process - no hassle.

I highly recommend this location with the staff here that are knowledgeable and super helpful. I would definitely recommend them to everyone and would use them again when I am ready for my kitchen remodel.

I recently remodeled my entire house but I decided to stop in the Kohler Showroom at Imperial Highway and State College in Brea.

I spoke to Mr. Koichi ""Koh"" Motegi. Knowing that my home was finished he took the time to show me the latest items, how they worked and so much more. Mr. Motegi is an exceptionally knowledge and polite individual. An excellent representative for Kohler; polite, professional and personable. I highly recommend!
