Second time I had to call these guys for my plumbing emergencies in the last 2 years and they were fantastic!

So I woke up on my Saturday morning to a broken shower valve and LUCKY ME we couldn't turn the shower off! So I called Kobella because I'm not a plumber and Lisa wasn't making me feel good (She was very polite and friendly). She was telling me ""I don't know dude its Saturday and its very busy, you might have to wait for Monday"" (i'm putting what she said in my own words, she was very professional). I was like, ""oh no!"" because the only way to turn off the shower was to cut the water off for the whole house. So Lisa said ""let me see and i will call you"". Lisa called me 10 minutes later...

Skip to the end...I called at 10.30am they were at my house by 11.30am and the problem was solved by 12.15pm! Awesome! I know what Lisa was doing, 'under promise then over deliver' and it worked perfectly! These guys are the best DO NOT call anyone else, they are fast, and professional like nothing I have seen before in a Plumbing company!

My first choice every time!! Even if I have to wait, I don't want anyone else in my house! Great job!

We had an issue with our hot water heater the other night. Called and Mike was able to come out the following morning. We needed an entirely new tank. (Merry Christmas, right?!)

Mike was very professional, he was on time and made sure to call 30 minutes before arriving.

We did find out that our old tank was covered under the manufacturer warranty, so it was free to replace. However!! The cost of labor was a bit on the ridiculous side. The tank itself was only $458 and we paid almost $700 in labor to have it installed. I'm grateful, but, Wowza! Needless to say, I got a new hot water heater for Christmas.

All in all, I'm happy with the service provided. I'd use them again.

I had to add a review for Kobella after the great service I received today.

I had a clogged drain - a VERY clogged drain as it turns out. Jeremy and Ed arrived within the scheduled time; they phoned 30 minutes ahead of arrival. These were two very polite and professional gentlemen. They checked out the drain, gave me an estimate and went right to work. Problem was a very deep clog in my pipes. After snaking the drain, Jeremy took the time to make sure that he ran water long enough to ensure it drained correctly. He also made sure to put everything back under my sink. Everything was left in a neat and tidy manner.

In addition to the excellent and fast service, Jeremy and Ed were a pleasure to have as servicepeople in my home.

My dishwasher clogged and after a quick search on Yelp, I came up with Kobella Pluming. Their hours are fantastic!!! Open early and Lisa was so friendly and helpful. I set up a Saturday appointment, at no additional fee, which is a huge help for working families who need a professional!! I was even able to purchase a voucher through Yelp, which took some of the sting out of my plumbing accident!!
Shortly after speaking with Lisa, I received a conformation email and received another email Saturday morning, reminding me of my appointment. Andrew called 30 minutes prior to arrival to let me know he was on his way. Professionalism at its finest!!

The whole crew at Kobella is top notch. I found them via Yelp, and the reviews turned out to be true. They show up for appointments right on time (if not a few minutes early), and are patient explaining issues to the DIY homeowner that I am. I don't get into the stuff that they do, but I want to know what's going on at a detailed level ...and they're happy to accommodate those requests. Plus, their work is excellent! I highly recommend Kobella.

I have used Kobella Plumbing twice in 2017. In both cases their service was prompt, professional and reasonably priced. Their first visit was for a stopped drain and the second visit was for the installation of a new hot water tank. Good job both times. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

We were in trouble on a Friday morning trying to find a plumbing service that could replace our hot water tank. We'd been up late Thursday mopping up water & removing items that were soaked. My husband got online with Home Advisor, filled out the information & within 3 minutes our phone was ringing. Mike (the owner) called to say he'd be at our house in about a half hour. After inspection, he said he could replace the tank right away. About 2 hours later we had a new tank. We were so pleased with the promptness, excellent knowledgeable service & quality workmanship we would recommend (and definitely call them again) for any plumbing needs. Thanks again Mike. You're the best.
