Kobella's diagnosed and replaced three parts on the outside air conditioner. Your service people are incredibly courteous and need more importantly they have you working on your heating or cooling system as if their MDs a Cleveland Clinic. Full explanations, courteous, and no demands or rushing you on a decision. I wish all companies respected their customers the way Kobella's does.

Andrew was very knowledgeable and professional. I had an emergency water heater break on a Sunday and they answered the phone immediately and had someone there within two hours. Andrew answered all my questions and then some!

I called Kobella last fall when my blower quit running. The tech that came forced my furnace to run for 20 or more minutes without a working blower causing the drain pan for the ac to melt. The tech had no desire to fix the blower module. He told me they don't make the module for my furnace anymore. He kept telling me my furnace was too big for my house and needed to be replaced. Even when asking about just fixing it he wanted nothing to do with it. I called another company and they came right out and fixed the blower without any issues.

I have Kobella do preventive maintenance on my furnace and air conditioning. When they did my air conditioning, they recommended that that I have coolant added because it seemed a little low. When we had several hot days in a row in Chardon, I noticed that it was taking longer for the house to cool off. I called to request them to add the coolant and they were able to work me in the same day. Their workers are efficient and pleasant and their prices are fair. I have used three other area furnace companies during the past twenty years and find that Kobella is the best.

This is the third time I have used Kobella's and I am absolutely in awe of how amazing they are! I would not be able to fix the issues or trust anyone else to fix the issues except Kobella's. I called because I knew they could help me figure out a problem that was complicated and caused by a ""jack of all trades"" that knew jack about any trade. To make a very long and aggravating story short, the two Kobella's Techs worked and thought out the process of fixing the problems. They came up with a plan, made a list of items needed to correct the problem, left to get the parts needed, built an 8ft 220 plug so I could pull my dryer out from under the counter, added 8 foot water lines and drain hose so I could pull out my washing machine from under the counter and vented my dryer with an 8 ft vent pipe that was secure and safe. They are my go to professionals and I immensely appreciate their promptness of scheduling, on time arrival, quick diagnosis and plan to get the job done! Do yourself a huge favor and call only Kobella's if you want the job done right the first time!!!!
