Our water heater went out Monday night. On Tuesday, I contacted Knockout Plumbing & Repipe via Yelp, explained the situation, and they immediately scheduled an inspection that afternoon. Jorge (the technician) was very kind, responsible, knowledgeable, and explained the details with patience where we didn't have much knowledge and had quite several questions. Furthermore, the inspection was free.

It turned out that our 10yr old water heater needed a replacement, and KPR provided a couple options with very reasonable pricing. After giving some thoughts (and comparing with quotes from other companies), we decided to go with one of their options. Edgar picked up our phone call around 8pm, and could schedule the replacement the first slot in the next morning.

Jorge appeared on time (actually even earlier) and finished the work very cleanly. Again, he took my questions very responsibly and kindly explained the details. After finishing the work, Jorge even waited for about 10 minutes outside, asked me to check the hot water, and then left after I confirmed it works well.

I strongly recommend Knockout Plumbing & Repipe. They are fast, responsive, reasonably priced, and responsible for the business they do.

We had such a great experience with Knockout Plumbing. We had a sewage backflow due to roots in an old sewage pipe on Christmas day, and Knockout Plumbing was the first to get back to us early on 26th morning. They were here to do assessment and start repairs by noon and got our problem fixed in a day with better price than what we saw across other companies. Edgar is super communicative and a great person to be dealing with; The team is professional and was very easy to work with. I'd highly recommend the company overall. Had a backed up bathtub that needed some attention. I was in contact with a rep in less than 30 mins. Scheduling the service was really easy and clear. I received text updates regarding each aspect of the job.
Axel and Edgar were knowledgable and could clearly articulate each aspect of the issue as well as details about how to fix the issue. I never felt rushed or pressured nor did they ever push for an 'upsell'. All repairs were clearly explained along with, what I felt was a fair price for the work being done.

The customer service is great; she sent the consultation on the same day when I called. Text message responding time was within 30 minutes; that's a plus.

Here is how they could have earned a 5 star in my opinion, if they could send a plumber who could identify the problem, provide me a quote, and fix it on-site, they could be a rockstar.

They sent someone over with ""free of charge""; that's new to me and it is a plus. However, the person who provided the estimation and consultation could not fix my shower tub cartridge/valve issue on site; they had to dispatch another technician to fix it later on.

Overall, they are good as a plumber company(Not knowing about the technical skills since I did not pay for their plumbing service). This review is solely for they customers service and their consultation. The consultant was able to identify the issue quickly on site.
