Edgar and his team are amazing. They are prompt and communicate quickly. He has helped us twice in the last 4 weeks at 2 separate locations. First was a sewer blockage that they cleared quickly and second was an old, rusted, dirt filled exterior storm drain. They successfully cleared it and also found three small golf balls from inside the pipe. He is very knowledgeable and offered solid alternatives for us to consider. Once he and his team solved the problem, he provided additional steps to ensure the problem never happens again.

Edgar was prompt in providing us with an estimate as well as getting to our home quickly in the midst of some devastating storms.

Our toilet had a horrible local clog that I had tried clearing out myself for days. After exhausting all available self-remedies had found Knockout Plumbing & Repipe and my only regret was that I had not contacted them right away. Initially we had sent a text to Edgar and he responded within minutes. After explaining our situation he gave us a quote and a time in the morning that a tech would be able to come by. I had a rough toilet situation and decided to look for plumbing services on Yelp. I decided to go with Knockout Plumbing since they're open 24/7 and their response rate was very quick. In a matter of minutes, they had someone scheduled to check out the situation the following day.

At the day of, I explained the situation to Axel and him and his co-worker worked on it. In about 5 minutes, they resolved the solution and my toilet was functionally normally again.

I recently had my entire home copper re-piped by Edgar and his company. From the start, I was impressed with their work proposal which clearly itemized and outlined every task to be performed, including sheetrock repair and cleanup. Their work and customer service were also impressive. They were timely, accessible, attentive to detail and their prices were comparable to other estimates I received. They also offer a very generous warranty.

A minor problem came up after the job, giving me an opportunity to try out their warranty. Jorge, their head plumber, returned a couple of times and corrected it to my satisfaction. I later got feedback from another plumber who said that Jorge's work is impeccable. Apparently, the adjoining seams of copper pipes need careful cleanup to prevent corrosion later. This is sometimes left undone. In my case, Jorge took the time to clean it up, even though I would not have known the difference.

I am more than satisfied with their work. I'm glad that I picked them for this major project.

Our kitchen sink had been leaking for weeks and had a clog somewhere along drain pipe. Had it serviced twice by sketchy plumbing company just around our area and was unsuccessful in fixing the problem. Had a difficult time reaching back to the same plumbing company to see if there's anything else they can do to fix the clog but they have been unreachable and had a feeling they've totally given up on us. Came across Knockout Plumbing while looking up online for a better plumbing company. Was able to make a last minute appointment with them the following day. Francisco showed up and fixed the leak and clog in our kitchen sink so professionally. Very knowledgeable in what he does and would really explain to you the bits of little details there is to know about the problem. The service fee is very reasonable as well and they will not try to scam and steal money from you just like what other plumbing companies out there do. Highly recommended! I had an issue related to my kitchen sink and wasn't quite sure what the issue was or where the issue was coming from, there was some kind of slow water leak that evidently had been going on for quite some time. I took a look at the plumbing alternatives and found ""Knockout Plumbing & Repipe"" and read a few reviews. I thought to myself this place seems good so I placed the call. First of all the person scheduling the appointment was very professional and set up Francisco to come out. Francisco came out not only same day but within a few hours. There are other positive reviews of Francisco on Yelp and they are all accurate. Francisco was very professional, personable, knowledgeable and everything you'd want from someone entering your home for the first time. He identified the problem within a few minutes, we came up with a plan and took care in putting things back in place after he was done. Bravo Francisco....I hope I don't have any similar problems in the future but if I do I'll call and request Francisco to ""Knockout"" the issue.

The folks at Knockout plumbing did an excellent job repiping my home, and it really showed that they care about their customers. They provided super competitive pricing, which included services that other companies didn't offer: they do drywall and texturing, so I only had to take care of the paint after, and they also pulled the permit and took care of the inspection.

During the initial estimate, Edgar did a great job of explaining the process of the repiping, the materials they used, and the care that went into their work, and especially what they would do to ensure that the floors were not damaged in the process. They scheduled around the city inspection, and the work was done quickly and on time. They were prompt to address any issues that came up as part of their work, and once the work was completed, I found no damage to the floors or anything similar.
They really made the process painless and easy, which is quite a big feat for such a big job.


A couple of weeks later, I ran into another issue that was unrelated to the work they had performed and I called them up again, Edgar went above and beyond in providing me a very competitive price for that other problem, to make sure I was satisfied with their overall service.
Every interaction I had with Knockout was positive, and they really showed that they have excellent customer care. I'm really happy I used their services, and I'll be sure to call them should anything come up in the future.

Our water heater went out Monday night. On Tuesday, I contacted Knockout Plumbing & Repipe via Yelp, explained the situation, and they immediately scheduled an inspection that afternoon. Jorge (the technician) was very kind, responsible, knowledgeable, and explained the details with patience where we didn't have much knowledge and had quite several questions. Furthermore, the inspection was free.

It turned out that our 10yr old water heater needed a replacement, and KPR provided a couple options with very reasonable pricing. After giving some thoughts (and comparing with quotes from other companies), we decided to go with one of their options. Edgar picked up our phone call around 8pm, and could schedule the replacement the first slot in the next morning.

Jorge appeared on time (actually even earlier) and finished the work very cleanly. Again, he took my questions very responsibly and kindly explained the details. After finishing the work, Jorge even waited for about 10 minutes outside, asked me to check the hot water, and then left after I confirmed it works well.

I strongly recommend Knockout Plumbing & Repipe. They are fast, responsive, reasonably priced, and responsible for the business they do.
