Great work and service. I had a pretty big job done. They replaced the main water pipe out to the street. It was completed promptly and they kept me informed during the down time (waiting for the city to approve the permit.)

There was a minor issue with the reattachment of the sprinkler system. But when I advised them of the issue, it was handled the same day. I would use them again. They are pleasant to work with.

Francisco did a fantastic job to unclog our kitchen sink. He clearly explained the problems and options to fix them upfront, did a thorough job to snake the pipe, and cleaned up everything at the end. The cost was reasonable and I am satisfied with the result.

I had tree roots in the main sewer line that had caused numerous backups over the years. KP&R had previously given me an estimate of what it would take to replace the mainline. Their estimate was reasonable, and after the latest backup I decided to bite the bullet and get the line replaced.
Knockout have the latest equipment for trenchless sewer line replacement, and the whole process was smooth and painless. They did the job quickly, professionally, and with minimal impact on the landscaping. The entire line was replaced within a day, and with inspections etc. the whole thing from first dig to last hole filled was less than a week.
I would recommend them highly for any plumbing work.

KP&R did an entire repipe job on my 60 year old home. Since there was a back up of the sewer system, Edgar immediate came out and gave me an estimate. The job was scheduled ASAP. The crew did an excellent job. They were professional, showed up on time, worked efficiently in order for me to get back into my home ASAP.

Edgar communicated with me throughout the whole process. I knew exactly what was the timeframe of the job. The office staff was very polite and professional too!

No complaints here! We had a clog in our kitchen sink that we couldn't seem to unclog with the tools we had at home. So we called Francisco and team and they were able to help us out all within a 2 hour window from call to finish!

I may have gotten lucky with the time availability but I'm just glad we were able to get it fixed as soon as possible! Thanks Knockout! And I'd say the pricing was reasonable too!

Francisco and crew came over to repair old rusty and leaking irrigation valve/galvanized pipe. They dug up and replaced with all copper pipe with pvc connector, with new valve fittings. Very knowledgeable. Arrived early, job was completed quickly, tested for leaks, at a reasonable price. I will use again. Compliments also to their friendly and efficient telephone dispatcher/scheduler.
