I have been doing some type of remodel or new build project for over a year now on our home and have dealt with countless contractors of various trades in that time and the majority leave lots to be desired and it is rare when they surprise you with excellent level of service. Knockout Plumbing is just one of those companies and their 5 star reviews are 100% deserved.

Immediately we were off to a good start with the quick response to my request on Yelp for some flooding I had in my yard for several days. Dan initially let me know they would probably be able to come on Saturday but I let him know that I would prefer getting it done Friday since the yard was getting pretty saturated and I was worried it might be a plumbing leak. Dan accommodated my request and kept excellent communication throughout which is one of the things that I think is underestimated by most service providers. I even received a text when Dan was on the way with his picture which was a nice touch.

Once here Dan was so thorough and helped me troubleshoot the issue with obvious expertise and experience and even helped educate me on what he was doing which gave me great confidence in his assessment. I have found my GO TO plumber for any future issues and it's great to know that someone like Dan with Knockout Plumbing is the person who will be coming to help!

It's like having a friend in the Plumbing business.

Called knock out plumbing after our new home we just bought tankless water heater was leaking) they replaced it that day (on a Saturday) Dave and Jesse were phenomenal!! Sadly we're kept having issues with hot and cold, could not figure out what the issue was. (After going through MULTIPLE BIG NAMES PLUMBING COMPANIES) who never corrected our issues and costing us extreme amounts of money, I started to think ""here we go again"" needless to say Owner Dan came out on New Years Eve and spent HRS trying to locate issue as we had NO hot water yet again...Dan stated he was not leaving until he figured issue out AND HE DIDN'T LEAVE until issue was resolved. I was so worried we were never going to find a plumber who was honest, but we did and I couldn't be more GRATEFUL and can honestly say I have now found a company I can finally trust and proved me wrong that there was no good honest company out there!! Thank you so much Dan for taking care of us on a holiday and can't boast enough about your wonderful technicians you have!! You guys ROCK and hope people read this review and know we went through at least 4-5 plumbing companies who were HORRIBLE and from our experience same them selves the hassles and call KNOCKOUT PLUMBING! Thanks again for making sure we were good over a holiday weekend!!

I called Knockout Plumbing to schedule someone to take a look at our toilets when they were running. It wasn't consistently running but did hear it on and off. Dan was our tech who came out and inspected our toilets and nothing was wrong. He was upfront and honest about what could have happened with the noises we heard. He tested our toilets thoroughly and said we don't have any problems. So there was no upsell or scare tactics telling us something might happen if we don't take action now, which was nice! I recommend Knockout Plumbing for their ""knockout"" service :) Can't go wrong with honest work!

Did I just win the lottery or what? Well, maybe not winning in the traditional sense, but my experience with these three companies was close enough: Knockout Plumbing, Preferred Choice Restoration and Elite Roofing and Remodeling.

My journey with these companies started when a galvanized water pipe burst in the crawl space of my 1935 home in one of Phoenix' historic neighborhoods.

Initially I contacted Knockout Plumbing. Since the water damage to the bathroom was extensive, they referred me to Preferred Choice Restoration. Sarah immediately eased my concerns and within two hours sent Cameron out to access the damage and assist with the next steps. I was immediately impressed with his understanding, professionalism and knowledge. His crew came out quickly to set up fans and start the demo work to avoid any health issues. I was equally impressed with Dan, who handled the water mitigation with my insurance company, and with Mark, who processed the restoration estimates. Mark also subcontracted the reconstruction of my bathroom and hardwood floors with Justin at Elite Roofing and Remodeling.

The plumbing work was completed by Knockout Plumbing - thanks to Joey and Cody! Because the floor was already opened up, I decided to have the entire house replumbed. Dan scheduled everything and Josh completed the work! I also spoke with Diana a few times and she was awesome!

When it comes to Elite Roofing and Remodeling, I cannot thank Justin enough for the outstanding work he and his team did. They were exceptional to work with and the end result is better than I could have ever imagined.

These companies worked in perfect harmony with each other and with me as well. Each process was thoroughly explained and delivered on time. Although they are three different companies, they share some common goals and expectations which their employees embodied and made them dream teams to work with: produce quality work, strive for excellence and provide exceptional customer service.

I highly recommend that you at least consider contacting any one of these companies for plumbing, water mitigation and/or restoration. In the end, I'm confident that you will feel as though you've won the lottery when your project is completed, too.

When the garage door opener went out in a rental unit, I was getting quotes that I thought were too expensive for the repair. I called Kyle and was given a much more reasonable price. We had to communicate back and forth a few times and he was always available and knowledgeable, and gave me a lot of different cost options. Communication was excellent, and he was able to work around the schedule easily. I highly recommend this local veteran owned business.

I don't have enough good things to say about this company. This was my first time dealing with them and it was so fast and efficient. I called about an emergency leak and they sent out a tech within the hour (at 8pm). Dan was great. He was friendly, professional and I did not feel that he was trying to upsell me or be disingenuous. He assessed the issue, was able to determine the problem and refer me to an AC and remediation company for the repair all within the hour. Everything was so quick and easy. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.

Dan came out today to look at a clog we had in our sink. He quickly located the issue and resolved it. Very fast, efficient work, good value and he's just a genuinely nice guy.

Amazing. Technician was on time and they even sent a picture of him before hand so I knew who was coming. Work was done quickly and the price they gave me beforehand was the price I paid. The office lady was great getting me on as quick as possible and even giving me morning and evening times. Will 100% be using these guys again.
