Came on the 4th of July. Since it was a week day there was no extra charge. Since it was a 10 minute fix with one plastic part the tech said ""This is the easiest fix I've eve done. Just pay us the service call""

Knockout plumbing came to my rescue after my main water line was damaged! They came the same day very shortly after it happened and got me on the schedule the next day to start the repairs. My old house gave them quite a few curveballs when getting everything back up and running! The employees were all great! More than fair pricing and would definitely recommend them! I'll be using them for my plumbing needs in the future but I hope next time it won't be an emergency!

I called them because my elderly aunt is applying for a reverse mortgage and installing an emergency shut off on her water heater was her last condition to meet. The company that installed the water heater gave her what I thought was a large estimate and would not give her a time as to when they can come install. We were on a time crunch to have everything complete by Monday. I called Knockout plumbing on Friday, Hopingii if by chance they had an opening to come over before then. They agreed to come the next day between 12 and 2. I was so relieved!. Not only did they come between 12 and 2 but they called to say they could arrive earlier and sent me a picture of the technician and his name. He came exactly when he said and informed us that we ALREADY had an emergency shut off switch! The company that installed and gave an estimate totally missed it! How does that happen?! The technician took a picture and sent me an invoice to give to our mortgagor with explanation that the water heater was inspected and has a shutoff. Knockout Plumbing was so gracious and did not even charge for the call! They are on my awesome list and will tell everyone I know,

Miguel came to our house first thing this morning after we made contact with him last night. We had a quote from another company and it was THOUSANDS more! We were naturally frustrated and my husband had a co- Worker over hear us speaking about it. He shared that his family used Knockout Plumbing. We were lucky to have a recommendation from someone with experience we could trust. Miguel was great!! He even offered to come LAST NIGHT! We didn't need him to have a late day because of us. Especially because he was willing to come early this morning! He was friendly, kind and professional! We will continue to use as well as recommend him for our plumbing needs in the future!!

My water heater cracked, I called several companies to get quotes. The prices I got from the other companies even with me purchasing the water heater myself was crazy high! Joey came out from Knockout and told me to get the water heater myself, they're price was 1/3 the price of the others. Joey pointed out that the water heater pan should have been 'piped outside' to prevent the water pouring out in the garage, I said yes, do it, how much, it was already included in the price he gave me! In the process of replacing it, they discovered the platform was rotted, from the pervious water heater/owner. Joey got a hold of Chris at Best Option Restoration, who arrived within the hour, and discovered that the walls were also water damaged. So this meant everything had to be torn out surrounding the water heater, and meant the water had to be shut off. Joey ran out and got supplies to make a 'make sift' situation, so we could have water till the demo was completed. They came right back as soon as the demo was completed to install the new water heater. Knockout Plumbing turned a real nightmare ordeal, to painless! Awesome, knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly in these types of situations, very prompt!

You know knockout Plumbing is probably the only business in the valley. That stands behind what they say they're going to do and always make things right. And my hands are off to Dan and his wife who own the company and their main guy Joey goes beyond the call of anything you could ask for I love it every time he comes over. Best plumbing company in the East Valley and Valley Wide as far as that goes highly recommend them.

Called Knockout Plumbing this morning to fix a broken outside faucet and Matt was here within a couple of hours, even though I wasn't on the schedule until the end of the day. Matt was polite and efficient, and did great work for a great price. I will definitely call Knockout Plumbing the next time I am in need, and hopefully get Matt again. Highly recommend.
