victor came to the house and communicated clearly everything he was going to do. he completed the job in a timely fashion and did excellent work.

I called on a Monday and Weston fixed the sink. How ever when I turned on my dishwasher on there was clunking sounds because the water was not
running through the dishwasher. So I Called them back on Friday morning to let them know.. The lady on the phone stated that the guy would be out later that day so I waited from 2pm - 5pm and then she called me back and said sorry but he can not come out til Monday so I waited again on Monday for them 2-5pm again and once again she called me and said that the guy won't be able to come out again. But we can put you in tomorrow which was Tuesday Morning. He came on Tuesday morning and fixed it. So I give them 2 stars an customer service and 3 stars because they are expensive.

A water valve was broken upon the installation of a new refrigerator. Knights Plumbing came out with a few shorts hours and resolved the issue. Victor and Shawn were friendly, professional, communicated well with me and with each other and worked well together as a team.

Our Grandson dropped what we thought was a toy Car in our toilet... we tried to fix it, but needed professionals. We called Knights Plumbing & Drain, and they came out (Tech Victor Munoz) and they did a great job, fast, clean, and done in under an hour. Turns out it was my Brand New Apple Earbuds & Case... anyway, we signed up for Knights Plumbing and Drain maintenance program. We are very happy with the results and customer care.

'Knights plumbing and Drain'---were: responsive, gave updates, and let us know the plumber's location when en route, or ETAs before arrival. Not to mention free estimates before conducting work.

Our plumber was Jr Pineda. He assisted with informed decisions before moving forward with any kind of work. He had to go through the crawl space to fix one of our shower leaks. He put in sweat and hard work. Never once complained, and was very professional. We were very pleased with the company , and our plumber. Highly recommend!

JR was great!! Our sink drain was clogged. I requested a call the night prior and first thing in the morning I received a call back. JR was here within an hour. He was very friendly, professional and helpful. He made sure that he answered all questions, went over the services and even asked if there were any other issues. He gave a recommendation on maintenance and wasn't pushy about selling the service or any products. Highly recommended!!!
