The technician, Jesus was professional and friendly. He removed a dime from my garbage disposal in about 20 minutes. Jesus earned a 5 star review in my mind, however I only gave nights plumbing a one star review because it cost $170! I did not look around, but I'm quite certain I could have found a plumber to take apart my disposal and 20 minutes or less than that.

Needed thermocouple replaced. This part cost around $50 on the high end. Was charged $423 for replacement of device. Technician was on site and did a great job. He was there for less than 45 minutes. Service was excelent thats the reason for two stars. Extremely over priced for such a cheap part and length of service. Was told by receptionist that I would recive call back grom supervisor about price and never have. Invoice 11424274.

Knights Plumbing is as good as it gets. My water heater stopped working on a Saturday morning, and I needed to get it fixed. I tried for several hours to find a company that could fix it on a short notice, but kept getting told that no parts would be available until Monday. I found Knights Plumbing on the Internet and called them. Within an hour a technician showed up, inspected my water heater, and accully carried the needed part in his van. I was very pleased with the fast response, knowledge, and professionalism of the technitian, not to mention the curtesy he showed. I would recommend these folks in a heart beat...

Had a great experience with this company . On time , honest , hard working and the part I loved the most CLEAN !! ( even wore shoe covers )!! Randy answered all my questions and did a great job today ! Would defiantly recommend for all your plumbing needs .

We had a water leak in both bathrooms and Gene was able to get a plumber out the next day. When Rob came later than scheduled due to another emergency, I was a little worried he wouldn't finish that same day as promised. We were in a super tight time crunch because all other repairs depended on the plumbing being fixed first but Rob worked until 11 pm to get it done for us and left us with functioning showers! Yay! The work ethics this young man has are fantastic! He cleaned up nicely after he was done AND was back at 7am the next day for the non-emergency repairs. Needless to say I am calling them again to have my dishwasher installed next week!!

I cannot say enough about the excellent service. The lady that answered the phone took my panic well and even had someone else call me to talk to me. I was then told I would be the next costumer they sent a plumber to as they were all still with customers that didnt wait until after 1pm to call. No lie I figured I would be waiting all afternoon. 15 minutes later our night in shining armor showed up, his name was Scott. Where to begin, he was knowledgeable, efficient and explained everything. I especially liked that he was very up front with the cost of the repair. There were no hidden fees/costs and I liked that everythingwas guaranteed. I would highly recommend them and our plumber Scott

Called Knights Plumbing after having a couple other companies come give estimates on a problem I was having with my tankless water heater. Not only were they the most affordable, the technicians were amazing. I put a lot of value into how people treat others and Orlando and Scott listened to all our concerns and many many questions, were able to answer all our questions and didn't try to sell us a bunch of stuff we really didn't need. (They even said hi to my disabled dog whenever they'd walk by his bed on the way back and forth. My dogs are my everything so that made an impression on me for sure. While not related to their work, that gesture is a contributing factor to my decision to continue to use this company for future plumbing needs.) Thank you so much for your help.
