So this is sad that I have to give them 1 star because I made an appointment a week in advance to have an estimate done for a water softening system and they never showed. They even said they were going to call the day before to set a window on when they were to arrive. That didn't happen either. The phone call to set all this up was pleasant and the guy dispatching my call per se even said how can we make you smile today. With the reviews and my initial phone contact I thought this was going to be a great experience. Sad to say it was not.

I called in the morning around 9:30 about my toilet and the chain coming off the flapper and needing a repair (I had a feeling it was going to need to be replaced based on past issues). I really like how the first thing they did was offer to come out sometime that very morning (no set appt time since I was calling same day). I asked them to come out after 1 since I had other things going on and they said no problem. After calling to confirm someone was home, Jason showed about 20 minutes later. He was professional, courteous, and nice. Turns out we needed to replace the fill valve and chain. He took no more than 20 minutes and even looked at a second toilet that we were having issues with and even offered to replace that valve for free. And the offer to replace the second valve was before I was asking about the (what I thought was) high price for the repair of the first toilet: $220 for parts and labor for a chain and valve. The only thing is that I am not a fan of the price for labor, but hey if I could repair/fix something myself I would, so I can't really complain. We ended up only paying $45 because we have the home plan which gets you the 15% off repair work and the monthly ""membership"" we pay each month covered ended up paying off. I know some people don't like the sales pitch of the monthly membership, but it worked out great for people like us.

Yo... these guys are legit! I spoke with Gene yesterday, he was very courteous, very professional. The gentleman who was dispatched to my home was Orlando. I explained my issue. Orlando took a look, gave me a quote based on the prices that were documented in his catalog. Within a hour, he disconnected the toilet, took it outside and removed the object that was causing the blockage. This brings us to bill time... I'll be darn! The price he quoted me initially didn't change!! YEAH!!!!!! Orlando was professional... he came in, he knew what he needed to do which put me at ease with him his work. Price was more than fair and the service was better than great. Job well done, thanks Orlando...thanks Knights. If your in a jam, you can't lose with thandese guys. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!

Needed a new valve for my shower. Jason came right on time & was very pleasant & professional. He quoted me $365 which I thought was a little high for less than 1 hr work, but he did apply a $25 coupon. He was neat & got the job done. I would use them again. Thanks :)

There is a $89 service fee that can be applied to the work if you have them do the repair.

I was quoted $140. Then told I needed an extra hose that cost $85. So there goes the service fee back into the bill.

They came out the same day to do the repair and its working fine. Just wish it wasn't so much.

NOTE: The home warranty wouldn't cover the repair because the previous home owner installed a reverse osmosis device and removed it when he left.

Well I had made a mistake once and called Roto Rooter for a past plumbing issue and when I found my sink not draining after using my garbage disposal I knew I was not going to call them this time! I tried fixing the drain and I could not. So I called Knights and someone actually answered the phone which was a major plus! There are many places that don't answer and expect you to leave a message and just sit there and wait. Not only did she answer the phone but she told me she would send someone to my house that same day. It took them a couple of hours to get to my place but that was okay as it was not an emergency. A couple of hours later Jason arrived and he was great. He was very polite and professional. He came in took a look at my problem and he told me what I needed done and quoted me a price. The had to run a very long metal cable through my drain. They only charged $169. I was expecting it cost much more so I was happy with that price. Hell, Roto Rooter tried to charge me $150 just for the guy to come and look at my water heater. Right away he got to work. He tried using the shorter cable first and that did not solve the problem so he went and brought a machine with a much longer one and tried using that. Unfortunately his was not working properly. He was very professional and he just called a co-worker and used theirs. Once that got underway the problem was able to be fixed. Even though it involved alot of extra work and took longer than anticipated I was still charged the same price which I am very pleased with. Places like this have a reputation for trying to squeeze money out of people but Knights does not work that way. Jason was also very careful with my kitchen and made sure not to mess anything up. He brought in a blanket and laid it on my floor and worked with that to avoid messing my kitchen up. He also kept cleaning the water under my sink with towels. He really went above and beyond to make sure that he did not mess anything up. He also looked at my water heater when I was here and put a sticker on it for $50 off when i was ready to get a new one. I am very pleased with the service I received here and the prices as well. I plan on using Knights for all my future plumbing needs.

Last week our hot water heater went out. My landlord lives out of the area and needed someone local to fix it. We both had heard a lot of good things about Knights Plumbing so he contacted them. We were not disappointed! Jason arrived and completed the job as promised. His customer service skills were outstanding, explaining the process and educating as he went. I would highly recommend Knights Plumbing to anyone needing service.

Orlando came out to our call fairly fast & did a great job! Used online deal $50 for only $20 without hassle..
Would call for any other issues.
