Victor and Junior were dispatched to replace my rusted out, ancient water heater. They were very professional and communicated with me throughout their time swapping out the old for a new one. They worked well as a team, and were efficient..took maybe 2.5 hours.
I was extremely pleased that they were able to come the same day!! I am very glad that happened.

Weston and Carlos came out to repair a leaky copper pipe connected to my swimming pool sand filter. They were prompt, courteous, professional & explained work thoroughly. The work was not wothout bumps due to how old the pipe & hoses were but they navigated these challenges and the outcome was what I hoped for. Victor and Junior were both very professional, they listened to what was happening with my sink and washer, explained the situation to me, and suggested a course of action. Prior to doing any work, they set the expectation of the work and its cost and explained the guarantee. Once I agreed they got right to the job and they had all the tools to do it without having to leave and come back. They were done in an hour and everything works fine. Highly recommend Knights Plumbing and Drain and I will use them in the future we needed.

Loved that the team member showed up masked and had new shoe coverings on. The 2 men that helped me out today was Robert and Victor. They were both very nice and Robert explained all the scenarios both good and bad and gave me an upfront estimate before starting any work. they showed up the same day i needed help and got the job done fast less the 45 mins. I had a plugged pipe they knocked it out so quick and cleaned up afterwards too! Great job Guys! Definitely would recommend this place every time!

Called and they had someone out within 24hrs! I had been waiting weeks for another company to get back to me when I decided to go elsewhere and I'm so glad I did! Dispatchers were professional and kind on the phone. They took the time to communicate when things were happening or if they needed more time to send someone out. Received a text notice with the estimated time of arrival and the tech's name and picture so we knew who to expect. The dispatcher also followed up with a call regarding the tech who was in route to us. Weston and Roger came out and were professional and courteous from start to finish. They were both very thorough and made sure I knew exactly what the issues were. They were able to unclog the problem and use a camera to show me where the issues were. I also received quotes for additional work and will definitely be calling them again. Thank you very much!

Our shower and sink drains were clogged. We were unable to rectify the problem ourselves with the use of a plumbing snake. Knights Plumbing responded to my request for service the same day. They sent a plumber out within about two hours. Jason did a wonderful job solving our plumbing needs. He was very helpful and informative. We chose to join their monthly service plan for any future needs.
