My name is Tony and I called knights plumbing and drain because my water heater heater took a crap tonight. I live here in Ceres ca and a gentleman by the name of Scott C showed up to my house! (Let me tell you that I am extremely lucky fate had brought this company to me) he was professional, efficient and very friendly. He informed me that I had many issues surrounding my unit and because the last people that worked on it (while I was deployed) had illegally modified it, it was going to be very costly. Scott C, I'm assuming seen this distress in my eyes as he explained the costs to me. He then proceeded to ask me about my military time (I thought just to give me time to adjust to the fact because the last guy that did service on my unit cut corner's and it was going to cost me so much)but know it was to take the time to get to know me as a person and an individual. The reason why this is important is because during that conversation I had mentioned that my service time left me 100% disabled and I was stressing because I am on a limited income and my wife is my care giver which creates an even bigger hardship when it comes to income. Scott C took it upon himself to use this information and ask his boss of their company would be able to help me and keep the cost down. Know he did this on his own without letting me know as I'm sure he didn't want to get my hopes up and then have to come back and tell me his supervisors said ""no""! But you know what that didn't happen. This company took it upon themselves to help a wounded soldier out. This is he first time sense I've came off of active duty in 2012 that anyone has ever done anything for me that didn't cause me having to ask ( which I don't like doing in the first place, because if I get a ""no sorry we don't offer a military or disabled vet discount"" it drives me crazy, so I has usually don't even bother asking! I will just say this company made it extremely affordable where I couldn't say ""No""! And even bigger my wife and I kept insisting Scott at least except a tip for all his hard work and he would take it. He said he just wouldn't feel rite getting a tip from me when I've already given so much for this country. Before today I've started to loose faith in society and this company has really left me wondering if I e honestly have society a fare shake. If you want honesty, professionalism and a company that's just not looking to rip you off and is not just ""all about the money"" this is the company to use for all your plumbing needs. And if you can request Scott C, I promise he will live up to any expectations you may have! THANK YOU KNIGHTS PLUMBING & DRAIN! You get a five star from this VET!!

I was very impress with The Knights Plumbing & Drain. At first i was reading the review and it had some bad review from somebody in Tracy Ca and it was a bad review. But after we had our service done, in my opinion this lady from Tracy was wrong about this company. We had a water heater leakage so my husband called the office today around 2:20pm and the service was here around 3pm. I love the way the operator answer the phone and the first thing she said was "" hi how can we make you smile today"" and i thought that was so unique and i love it and she was very friendly. As soon as the service gentleman name Scott C show up, he was very nice and friendly and explain everything and what's wrong with our water heater leakage. He was professional and a very good repair technician and he was very good in explaining ever little steps because i do not understand anything about this stuff even though my husband was there and Scott C did not mind answering any questions that i have. I'm glad we found Knights Plumbing and Drain. We will definitely use their services again. Thanks for saving our day!

To the owner: Explain and make sure your "" technicians"" know what to say and WHAT NOT TO SAY in front of a customer....very well aware of CA laws

I would not use their service again. I was charged about 350 to cut a pipe and seal it it took about 10 minutes. Also they came to my house without me asking them to come by but thats a different story.the inly reason why they get a star is because they sort of fixed the issue. Very dissatisfied, they didn't even do what i asked.

This company is Amazing!

I needed emergency plumbing
on a cold and rainy Friday night.They were there for me.

The water heater needed replacing.They found one in Manteca and had it driven over that night and installed. No messing around.

Working with Gene and Scott was a pleasure. Their knowledge and customer service 5 star!

I was stuck trying to do it myself for a few days and Hector fixed my problem in under 20 mins. Very nice and informative. He even fixed a leak outside that I hadn't noticed. I'm going to use them again for sure.

We have been given many years of great service from Knights Plumbing & Drain company. Over a 10 year period every member of their team that has worked at our house (Scott, Len, Jason, and Rene) have shown great knowledge of their profession, and displayed very courteous and polite attitudes. Rene installed our new kitchen faucet last evening, and he not only accomplished a quick and thorough job, he also went over every detail to assure we understood everything. Rene is personable, professional, and will definitely be called upon again. That is why we are Royalty Club members of Knights!!

Knight's Plumbing is hands down the best. Whitney took my call and managed to get me on the schedule right away. Hector showed up in less than 30 minutes and got right to work. We have some ancient components to our sewer line, but that posed no problem for Hector. Not even the staff from the city was able to unclog our line, but Hector had it done in less than 10 minutes! He took the time to do some additional troubleshooting to make sure our line would remain clear. Friendly, competent, and professional - that's what you get from Knight's Plumbing.

He had read about my experience with expecting a lower price for the work done and wanted to know what he could do to make it right so that I was 100% satisfied.
