The toilet was blocked and when flushed came up the tub drain. It was terrible. I called knights plumbing. They were able to send someone right away. Weston and Zach came and are so professional, patient and helpful. They worked very hard and did a great job finding the issue quickly. To fix the problem was quite pricey but Weston was able to get me a great discount. I greatly appreciate what they were able to do for us. We always have great service with Knights Plumbing.

customer service was not great at all. called them to check out our water heater issue. before even setting up an appointment we sent pictures of what we were working with. Then day 1 we got told it was too late for them to come out and they'd be out the next day, end of second day they said the same thing. finally came out morning of the 3rd day just to glance at the water heater (when pics were already sent) and state they couldn't work on it at all. had to pay the $100 fee for nothing.

Victor and Junior were dispatched to replace my rusted out, ancient water heater. They were very professional and communicated with me throughout their time swapping out the old for a new one. They worked well as a team, and were efficient..took maybe 2.5 hours.
I was extremely pleased that they were able to come the same day!! I am very glad that happened.

Weston and Carlos came out to repair a leaky copper pipe connected to my swimming pool sand filter. They were prompt, courteous, professional & explained work thoroughly. The work was not wothout bumps due to how old the pipe & hoses were but they navigated these challenges and the outcome was what I hoped for. Knights has now bailed me (and my annoying country plumbing!) out in several occasions! They are wonderful! Same day service when you are in a bind and get the job done right! Weston and Carlos were awesome and gave helpful recommendations to make sure the system functions well in the future. While I hope to not need them, they are definitely the only plumbers I'll call! Extra appreciate the great communication in keeping me updated with the technicians ETA so no one is stuck waiting.

Victor and Junior were both very professional, they listened to what was happening with my sink and washer, explained the situation to me, and suggested a course of action. Prior to doing any work, they set the expectation of the work and its cost and explained the guarantee. Once I agreed they got right to the job and they had all the tools to do it without having to leave and come back. They were done in an hour and everything works fine. Highly recommend Knights Plumbing and Drain and I will use them in the future we needed.
