The fastest most professional service. This company makes having a plumbing issue a lot less stressful. The work required for the repair and the cost is explained well. If they say someone will call at 730 am they call you, a text message let's you know they are arriving. They usually have the parts on hand. I highly recommend Knight's Plumbing.

I moved to Stockton in April 2019, and called Knight's as soon as the house closed. They are professional, knowledgeable and very nice! I love their subscription, where you pay a small amount of money every month, get a free checkup every year, and all of the subscription money is subtracted from your plumbing repair cost.

Had a clog in the sewer line. Not only did Jason show up before I received notification he was being dispatched (now that's fast service!), he was able to clear the clog, and using a camera in the pipes show me potential issues that could be ongoing.

Additionally, I had some questions about other potential plumbing projects and Jason was able to provide some rough estimates what those might cost in the future which was very helpful for my planning.

$99 charge to come out and look at a leaky water heater and diagnostic. The $99 goes back into your payment if you decide to get a repair the repair is so marked up 2200$ To replace a $500 water heater.Jason's going to give you the runaround and tell you you need permits and all this bullshit And your piping is wrong. Do yourself a favor shop around and don't feel committed to go with them it took me an hour to swap it out . No leaks and my house has an exploded yet lol .

We discovered some minor leakage under our kitchen sink over the weekend, plus leakage from the garbage disposal when it was running. Called first thing Monday morning and was told they would respond as quickly as possible but they were pretty booked up. Like two hours later, we got a call and text message and the tech showed up! Shane was very professional, efficient. Diagnosed the problem, discussed our options. We made our decision, and within two hours had a new garbage disposal and beautiful new kitchen faucet installed, all leaks resolved. Very effective, excellent work. Appreciated the text message with Shane picture for our safety. We recommend Knights! Great customer service!
