We had a issue with our garbage disposal. Called Knights Plumbing Drain. They came out and replaced our garbage disposal. Fast forward to about a year later. Our garbage disposal stopped working. I tried and to reset it, then the disposal popped off from the drain. I called Knights Plumbing again and told them what happened. The person I talked to on the phone (I think her name was Angie) said it will be a few hours before someone could come out. Since it was a Sunday, they run on a skeleton crew. She called me back a few times to let me know the status and ETA of when someone would show up. Very professional.

Cody and Jason showed up. They walked in and looked at the disposal. They unhooked it and brought it outside to get a better look. They came back in with a little piece of plastic that was jammed causing the disposal from working. They hooked everything back up and tested the disposal. They checked for leaks. After they were done, everything work great! Both of them were very professional and friendly. Their work was done at a very reasonable price! These guys do awesome and great work! They both should get raises.

They have a $99 trip charge up front and do not quote a price until they arrive; Roto-Rooter uses that same tactic, but they charge $75 for the trip before the estimate. This is a hardball price waiting to happen once you're already $100 into it. Terrible.

If you're in need of a plumber give these guys a call. I was told to call another company initially and did at 10:30am and was told I would get a call back, but after waiting 2.5 hrs. for a call back from them it was decided by my fiancee to call this company. Not only did they give me a time frame but the technician Les Hammond showed up and was finished before I knew it. It was a pleasant and professional experience. I definitely won't be calling a different service as long as these guys are around.

I used a different plumbing service and my drains were still slow. We called Knights Plumbing in June and they worked very hard to figure out my drain issues. The plumber, Jesus, was able to determine that the clean out pipe was hidden in my yard next to the house. It was buried under dirt and debris. Soon there was a shovel and digging and the drain was uncovered! Now my drains are working perfectly. Thanks so much for hiring someone who really stepped it up to figure out what needed to be done. Happy with Knights Plumbing for doing a great job!

I am thrilled I took the time to look up a service on YELP before I hired a plumber. When I called I was greeted professionally by Ashley, who took my information and called me back within 30 minutes to let me know that somebody would be coming out. It was Christmas Eve and there was no additional charge because of the holiday. Ashley also called when the plumber was on the way, and I also received a text message letting you know exactly who it was that would be knocking on my door. It also had a link in that text message so that I could read the reviews of this particular worker. The price was reasonable, and although the first time they came out it did not solve the problem entirely, when they came out a second time, the did so promptly and at no charge will absolutely recommend and use again!

Very nice and helpful but I don't like that they write the total on paper and says it's going to be this much. Used them twice and both times it felt like they hike up the price or make it up. I got a water heater replaced and they charged $140 for Stockton inspection fee but when I got the actual letter it stated $75 plus $1 green building fee! That's not $140! And also charged $100 administrative fee. What ever that is.

I called them up when I was in a bind because my shower was draining slowly. The plumber came by and he was great, he assessed the situation and even crawled underneath the house to determine the stoppage. They were courteous enough to inform me that this was actually the city's responsibility because the blockage was on their side of the line and not mine.

What I didn't like was that the company charges you $100 fee to come out and give an estimate. If you agree to the work, they subtract the $100 from the overall cost of the job. Well there was no job to do as the city took care of it yet I still paid $100.

I'd advise shopping around for another plumber on Yelp that will give free estimates. I chose them because they were highly reviewed on Yelp but $100 is a $100.
