Wow!! Just wow! My sink got clogged, I called the office and they had someone with in 20 min in my house. Great customer service, effective communication, professional. Our tech Gobler Pineda was punctual, and very professional. He explained what happens and why my si k got clogged, how to prevent future issues and told me about their membership services and offerings without any pressure or anything. My sink was back to work with in an hour after I placed my initial call. Great job guys!!

We had a mess in our rental home. Pipes gurgling in the kitchen and awful-smelling gunk coming up through the bathtub drain. Our tenants initially called a well-known plumbing company who sent out a technician who told us since the blockage between the kitchen and bathroom was most likely grease, he would not recommend using a ""snake"" to clear it. He also found a leaking pipe under the house that needed repair, and told us we needed to replace the toilet in one of the bathrooms, for an extra $1000. We decided to get a second opinion and called Knights Plumbing based on many positive reviews online. They sent out Junior, one of their technicians, right away who snaked the line between the kitchen and bathroom, fixed the leak under the house and told us we did not need a new toilet. Knights also reduced their initial quote by over $300 when they found they could do the repair without going through a wall, which was their initial assessment. What plumbing service do you know that actually lowers their initial estimate rather than pads it? Thank you Knights for an honest job well done! And thank you Junior. We will definitely use them again.

I've used Knights a couple of times and been pleased with their responsiveness and professionalism. This time I had a leak under a sink in my greenhouse. Unfortunately they arrived in the afternoon and of course it was hot out. I felt bad but they had no issue with doing the job without complaint. Great job and kudos to the two that came out and took care of the leak. Highly recommend this company.

Older homes have beautiful craftsmanship and appeal beautiful but need work from time to time. Excellent work from Les and his team. Made use of that membership! Repaired: flange for toilets, cleared out pipes/drains, and replaced new garbage disposal.

Woman who answers phone very pleasant and efficient. Was informed when Weston would be arriving. Contacted me to let me know status of my appointments. Sorry I do not have her name to recognize her also by name.

Weston came out and replaced a bathroom faucet that was frozen in place. He took care not to damage anything and used mats on the floors. I also signed up for their Royalty Club program as I like the service Weston provided and the cost of the club more that covers what it would cost to get an annual flush of my water heater and annual plumbing inspection. I will continue to use Knights Plumbing & Drain for all my plumbing needs.

We found our sewer line had was needing to be replaced. After calling someone else a got nothing from them. I called knights. Knights sent two of their people out. they inspected out plumbing, found the problem in no time. The plumber made a follow up to fix the problem. When they came back they got it fix ""FAST"" and kept me informed of what they were doing and what was being needed.
All I can say they are top quality. I'll call them again for any kind or plumbing issues.
I'd rate them 12 out of 10.

Jason was very prompt in his arrival. He & his partner began working immediately.
They replaced a hose bibb in the front yard & replaced our toilet in a matter of minutes.
They were very professional & extremely courteous.
We will definitely use them again as well as recommend them to others.

I had a main water pipe leak and called around noon and he was on my property by 2:00 PM. I was impressed with their messages ahead of time to inform me what my plumber would look like with reviews and I was also impressed with how fast they got to my home with such late notice on a Friday. When weston got to my house, he was quick and got to work. He informed me of the steps he was taking and was very knowledgeable. After the job was done, he checked all the fixtures in the house for clogs and when he found 2, he fixed them! I was extremely pleased with his work ethic and time. It was a little pricey but if you want good service you gotta pay for it!
