Knight Plumbing is the real deal. These guys came out right away-- even though it was the weekend and they fixed our issue right away. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing services.

Had a minor flood in closet in bedroom in basement from sump pump. I was in a panic and thought it was going to be an expensive problem. Knights showed up about 30 min after I reported the problem which was wonderful and the technician looked at it and didnt really do anything to inspect it. He said he had no idea whats wrong with it and they would need to remove it and disassemble to find the problem and then reinstall, but it would be cheaper just to remove and have a new one installed. He went outside and spoke to manager and came back in and quoted me $1,900 to do the job that night. I thought that sounded crazy and called a friend who reminded me about a secondary insurance program I have called American Home Shield, I called them and they said it should be covered and got me in touch with Abrao Plumbing. Mike came the following Monday and actually touched the pump to inspect it, a simple unplugging of the second cord and directly plugging it into the wall made the water cycle. He then pulled the small plug off the top of the pump and saw a valve was caught against the wall and jingled it free and next thing you know it was back to normal working order. A small home service fee was all that was charged by an honest, ethical company. I will always use Abrao after having this experience and would caution anyone thinking about using Knights plumbing based on this experience. They were basically going to rob me for $1,900 to fix a pump that wasn't broken....shame on you!!!

Our sewer line backed up to the street and we think they fixed it. It's only been a few days since, so we'll see if we have any more issues. They were able to get a same day appointment due to a cancellation, however they were still an hour late, but that's really the only positive about them. They charge to remove a toilet (185) and run the line through the sewer pipe (325), which is fine. We told them we could remove the toilet ourselves in a half hour, when our tools were brought back to the house to do so. They didn't want to wait the half hour, even though they were late themselves an hour and we waited for them. After negotiating (read:arguing with a rude plumber) they knocked down $85. They finally did the work, and like I said, we THINK the issue is resolved. But we'll update if not. When I made the initial appointment, the lady on the phone said they do financing, which would have been perfect for our situation, since we didn't have the money to pay in full. When the plumber finished, they said they do NOT finance and take payment in full before leaving. We had no choice but to put the amount on a credit card. I feel it's pointless to call back and argue this, because I really don't want to deal with this company ever again! GO somewhere else if you can.

They left, taking the faucet. N

Now the shower that was hard to turn on doesn't turn on at all!

Buyer beware! They may know plumbing but their tilework is expensive and substandard! Do not do business with this company!

Very poor customer service! Knight Plumbing was contracted as the vendor to fix a non-working furnace for our home in Boise through my Home Warranty Co. Claim was made on a Saturday Morning (mind you it's mid-January with 6 inches of snow on the ground) I called Knight Plumbing directly myself on Saturday to confirm....was told they may not be able to get to me until Monday. Called again Monday, person answering phone confirmed my address and said technician will be calling shortly. Hours later still nothing....the warranty co then calls Knight Plumbing and they then claim that they never got the request. POOR Service and dishonest!! Will never use

Thanks to Knight's for coming out to fix my septic line clog, they had to come back 3 times to figure out what was going on but were patient and worked hard!

Michael and his crew showed up within the hour that I called them about a leak. Turned out the problem was waaay worse than we thought- the sewer line had been invaded, collapsed, backed up, and flooded our basement. It was a disaster that took over 3 weeks to repair. All the workers from Knight Plumbing showed up on time every day, worked hard, and did great work. It was helpful that they were also skilled in construction, since they had to do some of that for us as well. It was so nice in the midst of such a stressful situation to have help that was honest, reputable, and kind. Thank you, Knight Plumbing!
