Once there was a humble prison guard who found little joy in his work. He desired a different path. With a knack for hands-on work and problem-solving, he welcomed the prospect of a challenge. Following his marriage to a wonderful woman, he realized a career shift was essential. Thus began the journey to establish Knapp's Heating and Cooling LLC. He committed to his education at Remington College and obtained his EPA certification. He spent years working as an HVAC technician under renowned specialists who taught him their skills. He successfully obtained his NATE certification. His aspiration to own a business grew stronger. His family required support. He realized he could provide for them if he overcame his fears and dove in. His wife supported him in this journey, and together they established Knapp's Heating and Cooling LLC. Currently, they manage the business as a husband-and-wife team, with him taking care of HVAC tasks and her handling the business side. The ex-prison guard finds joy in his work.
