After marrying his wonderful wife, he understood that a career change was needed. Thus began the journey to establish Knapp's Heating and Cooling LLC. He committed to his education at Remington College and obtained his EPA certification. He gained extensive experience as an HVAC technician under top industry experts who imparted their expertise to him. He achieved his NATE certification. His aspiration to own a business grew stronger. His family required support. He understood he could help them if he overcame his fears and dove in. His wife joined him in this venture, and they created Knapp's Heating and Cooling LLC as a team. Today, they run the business together as partners, with him handling the HVAC services and her managing the office. The former prison guard is now fulfilled.
