Our heater broke over the weekend (it's was 50 degrees in our house so we were desperate to get someone there ASAP) Gene arrived within an hour and he was very quick and friendly. We needed a new filter and some other work done but after 45 min he was gone and our heater was working. It was a bit pricy but use the 10% off yelp coupon! We had a foundation leak and this company came out right away, was completely professional, left the property picked up and took care of all of our concerns, including with the estimate; sending someone to fix the tile, drywall, and stucco that had to be disturbed for the fix. I highly recommend this company and will be using them again.

We called a lot of different places and no one answered or was willing to come out same day. Klaus and son's was recommended on the next door app so we gave them a call. The lady on the phone said Fred would be over in 30 mins. Fred was on time and very nice. He was able to get our leaky pipe fixed to our shower and water turned back on. He was very fair on the price and worked hard to get it fixed for us the same night. Very friendly and would highly recommended to anyone else looking for a honest plumber.

Following an annual termite inspection, notified of leak under house. Wes came out explained 1/2"" galvanized water line leaking in wall. The job was completed in one day, following morning opening in wall under sink filled in. Skilled laborers resolved water leak and repairs needed; 8 tiles replaced on backsplash and filling in wall under sink. Clean up following tasks was a big help to me. I appreciated the caliber and demeanor of workers. Wes was up front, honest in process of fixing problem. Shout out to Wes! I highly recommend Klaus and Sons and will be using in future.

Had a leak in the bathroom, when I called at first the receptionist told me they were busy. When I explained the urgency she did everything possible to get someone out to my house. She worked some magic and told me someone would be out to me within the hour. Sure enough Andrew arrived a little before the hour. Andrew took care of the problem and made some suggestions regarding my fix. Andrew provided me several options. Andrew was professional and he didn't give any vibe that he was scamming me. I felt he was honest and spoke highly of his company he works for. Would recommend Klaus and Sons for their service.

Last year they replaced the main water valve on our home--it was an urgent concern and they responded quickly and fixed it promptly. Today, Fred came out and replaced a toilet. Used Klaus 14 years ago for a big job but haven't needed plumbing since. Lucky me. Unfortunately today I had a badly clogged toilet. Nothing I tried unstuffed it. Called and Tyler arrived within 20' because I told Tiffany it's the bathroom my heart weakened husband needs to use. Tyler unclogged the toilet but checked the bowl and noticed one of the bolts was snapped off and would require a reseating procedure which raises the cost. He gave us a discount on the combined costs and added a senior discount. Still an expensive day but the job was done quickly, cleanly and effectively. Tyler was so pleasant and I really thank Tiffany who even after 14 years still had us in their computer. Going local is always a good thing. Thanks Klaus. Hope we don't need you again too soon but it's good to know you're there.
