In December 2024, in order to continue our home insurance coverage we were required to update our home's entire plumbing/piping and our insurance carrier gave us 3 options: 1. Full home Repipe 2. Epoxy treatment 3. Automated Water Shutoff. After considering long term resolutions we decided to do our due diligence and call 3 plumbers. Wes from Klaus & Sons was the 3rd estimate and we decided to go with Wes. He explained everything thoroughly. Including cost for the entire home Pex Repiping, Moen automatic water shutoff, and Wes recommended Grundfos recirculating pump which allows for instant hot water instead of running water for long periods of time waiting for hot water. We decided to also include the Grundfos recirculating pump. We just got our water bill and it was 30% lower. It's so nice to turn on the hot water and within 10 seconds the water is hot. Also the Moen Shut off valve runs daily a Micro Leak detection test and sends you via text or email an alert informing you that no leaks have been detected. But in case there a leak Moen will sent you an alert and will shut off your water automatically which is a great relief because it prevents a flood. We also want to add that the work was completed within 3 days. The work included cutting walls, re-piping, and retexturing (except for painting). They did such a great job no one can tell that our walls were retextured. Wes and his crew were very neat and did an outstanding job. The work crew were very polite, and covered the work areas with plastic and protected our hardwood floors with floor coverings and cleaned up very neatly. Cost is very reasonable and worth every penny when installed by these professionals. My plumber of choice is Jake and he can be yours too if you want the best.

My AC was not working when I came home from work on 3-digit temp day. I called after hours and was told I would receive a call first thing in the morning. I received a call at 7:40 a.m. the next morning. I was able to have a service call scheduled between 12-2. My service technician, Matt, arrived at 12:25 and had the issue resolved by 12:45. They're not opened 24/7 as shown on their website, I called Saturday and got an answering service, which they stated that they would give them my message. I called them back today, a Monday and was put on hold for 20+ minutes, after answering some questions they were going to give me an appointment in mid July, I declined, me and the dog can't suffer that long.

Chris was AWESOME!!!!! he obviously does his job with many years of professional approach and attitude and so much knowledge.

Have had other plumbers in my home who were lazy, acted like there was nothing wrong because they didn't want to do the work, left a sloppy mess if they DID do the work.

Chris was friendly, knowledgeable, and very generous with his time. On his way out my neighbor grabbed him and he had no problem accommodating her too!!!!!!
