We've called Klaus and Sons twice and have been serviced by Michael( I think was his name) twice and he is great. Very honest about what does and doesn't need to be done. Definitely never calling our old plumbing company again. Klaus and Sons is our new go to!! Really recommend them especially Michael!

We recently had a bathroom remodel due to a leak in the pipes. We don't know if it was the plumber or the remodel company that didn't check the hot/ cold water and when we tried to give our 2 year old son a bath we couldn't because the water was scolding hot no matter which way we turned the knob. I looked on line and figured out how to fix it. I was excited that I fixed it and got ambitious trying to switch the handle from the hot and cold water because again whoever originally put it together put the hot water on the side that shows cold and vice versa. Well I didn't have the muscle to remove the ring and ended up making our newly remodeled shower unusable. I wanted to call the remodel company to help fix it but decided to call Klaus & Sons and I'm glad I did! Jessie came out within about an hour and not only fixed the issue for free but also looked at our other bathroom sink and fixed the knobs to reflect hot and cold water appropriately! Jessie went above and beyond to help us out and we are so appreciative!

On Thursday evening we noticed our home was backed up, we have a big family and everyone either had school the next day or had to work, having to wait for the next day to clear the line was not an option. I called various 24 hour plumbers and either they didn't have a technician available or were ridiculously expensive, I called Klaus and Sons and they were very attentive over the phone, Chris responded within 30 minutes to my home, after hours service was very affordable and he was able to clear the main line with the camera attachment, thus not needing to snake it, he could've charged me the price of cost to snake it but he left that decision to me if I wanted snaked it would be extra or leave it as is (no need to snake, main line cleared) and only charged for coming out after hours and using camera. Chris was very honest and a pleasure to discuss future plumbing work to clear roots in sewer lines, will definitely be using Klaus and Sins from now on. Thank you Chris

I called mid morning and a plumber was ready and available, but I had another appointment to tend to. The dispatcher accommodated my time preference and the plumber was there waiting for me on time. He was quick with the work and explained every step thoroughly. He explained what I can do to help prevent a back up again! I will definitely use Klaus & Sons again.

I had Klaus & sons work my heating problem yesterday. My heater would start but then shut off in minutes before reaching the desired temperature. And, my thermostat led light stayed red even though the heater was not on. Additionally minutes after the heater turned off the thermostat display would go blank, and then later the thermostat display would go back on.

Dave resolved the issue. He performed many diagnostics and discovered that the high distribution voltage to the blower was faulty and he replaced it. He also replaced our filter which was almost due for the 6 month change over. Additionally, he recommended that I replace the flu vent cap for proper air flow. The old flu vent had fallen off the roof during the winds and was most likely damaged and blocking air flow. So I removed the old flu vent cap while Dave was here. And, the heater was working fine again. Then after he left I purchased a new b vent cap from lowes. And, I installed it that same evening. And it continues to work after I installed the new flu cap. The price for Klaus and sons maintenance was very reasonable. It was less than $300.

Dave also serviced our A/c unit. He did a a/c tune up. And, he also performed a heater tune up. He suggested that in the near future we should get a major service for both heating and a/c units since no major work has been performed on it. My hvac was purchased April 2008.

I am so impressed with the professional service provided by Dave. In a few months when I decide to have major service performed, I will request Dave.

The plumber Bryan, came at designated time. He worked fast, clean and had the toilet up and running in no Time. He also replaced the wax ring. I would definitely use them again
