We recently needed plumbing service and I kept seeing the Klaus and Sons vehicles in my area. I decided to research them and give them a try. We'll, they did not disappoint. We had Tyler come by and service our home and he was AWESOME. Tyler explained everything and did not try to oversell anything. You can't ask for more when you are already thinking of how much everything is going to cost. We are glad we called. There is a reason why we see your vehicles everywhere. A technician came out from Klaus and Sons to tune up my AC. He was very thorough and showed me in several ways that my system was damaged (leaking oil, cracked motor, etc.) The install crew put in my new system and might have been in too much of a hurry. The next day I called with some noise concerns. A technician was dispatched in less than an hour. He also was very thorough, and he spent an extra three hours on warranty work. He solved the problem. I was extremely pleased with his work. He was unusually conscientious! The moral of the story is that Klaus and Sons backed their work and made it right for the customer, me.

Quoted me just under $4900 to run 25' of copper pipe. No breakdown of quote - just a number seemingly pulled out of thin air. When I queried the price the response was 'material costs have increased'. 3/4"" copper is around $10/foot, that leaves around $4600 for half a days labor. Yes, running a business has overheads and other costs, but not $750 / hour for labor.
I ended up going with another company and the final cost was $1250, which is still pricey but not blatant gouging.

Called a couple other plumbing companies to try and save a little money to only be disappointed with an arrival well past the time frame they gave me and had to listen to him trying to up sell me on a product I didn't inquire on.

Emergency blowout of what turned out to be a sprinkler that led to flooding water out into street. At 4:40 on a Saturday afternoon, of course. Prompt response within15 minutes, turned off water, diagnosed the problem, fixed it and all was well by 5:30. Whew! Excellent on all counts!!

The job was over priced by $200!!- however - I just wanted the bathroom vanity drain pipe replaced and call it a day. I didn't want to call around. My neighbor was using them at the same time- that's how I found them! Yup! He did a great job. He was done in an hour. Cleaned up the mess. I'm happy we can now move on- just a bitter feeling of being over charged! It's done!

There was a leak behind the wall of the bathroom. I open the wall, closed the water. Visited Klaus, they came fast and made a Profesional fix. However I found them rather expensive.
