The first number I call for any plumbing or HVAC services is Klaus and Sons. They have taken care of our needs in Upland for many years, and today was no exception. Gene arrived at the house to address some issues with our noisy heater and will be back tomorrow, along with some installers, to replace a necessary part and to update our leaky ducts in the attic. I have found their service impeccable and Gene very knowledgeable and helpful.

Today Gene repaired our Amana furnace after it stopped working and showed an open pressure switch fault indicator. Bad timing since it's the coldest freaking day of the year. I called in the morning and he made it to the house by mid-afternoon and replaced the switch and tested various components to make sure everything else was working. Gene seems to have a lot of experience and he knows what he's doing. They don't make furnaces like they used to so unfortunately you need to have them repaired when they break. We'll call Klause again the next time this piece of junk malfunctions.

First time using this company. I made my appointment a week in advance and was told at that time I was the first one to make an appointment. I had an appointment for the 8:00am-10:00am time slot. After not seeing or hearing from anyone by 10:00, I called in at 10:10 to ask the status. After some fumbling around to find me in their system, I was told the service tech got hung up and was running behind. I was told by the scheduler that she would ""try"" to have him come over asap...what?? I had to ask her that since I had the early appointment that I should be given priority consideration over others with a later appointment...she agreed but still couldn't give me a time other than, well, between 10:00-12:00. Depending on how this appointment went, I was going to use them for heating and air...well, not any more. I called another place and got an appointment same day. This place had very poor customer service .

Our heater broke over the weekend (it's was 50 degrees in our house so we were desperate to get someone there ASAP) Gene arrived within an hour and he was very quick and friendly. We needed a new filter and some other work done but after 45 min he was gone and our heater was working. It was a bit pricy but use the 10% off yelp coupon! Thanks Gene and Klaus & Sons for the help!

We had a foundation leak and this company came out right away, was completely professional, left the property picked up and took care of all of our concerns, including with the estimate; sending someone to fix the tile, drywall, and stucco that had to be disturbed for the fix. I highly recommend this company and will be using them again.

We called a lot of different places and no one answered or was willing to come out same day. Klaus and son's was recommended on the next door app so we gave them a call. The lady on the phone said Fred would be over in 30 mins. Fred was on time and very nice. He was able to get our leaky pipe fixed to our shower and water turned back on. He was very fair on the price and worked hard to get it fixed for us the same night. Very friendly and would highly recommended to anyone else looking for a honest plumber.

Following an annual termite inspection, notified of leak under house. Wes came out explained 1/2"" galvanized water line leaking in wall. The job was completed in one day, following morning opening in wall under sink filled in. Skilled laborers resolved water leak and repairs needed; 8 tiles replaced on backsplash and filling in wall under sink. Clean up following tasks was a big help to me. I appreciated the caliber and demeanor of workers. Wes was up front, honest in process of fixing problem. Shout out to Wes! I highly recommend Klaus and Sons and will be using in future.
