I know that they are a small local company and know that I may have to wait for them to come out, but every time I've called they have come out within a couple of hours. Very reliable, honest, great quality work, always clean up afterwards & reasonably priced. Everyone who has come has been polite, friendly and helpful. Last October, two of my toilet levers (handles) snapped! I used another company (Sal's Plumbing) based on their Yelp reviews and was overcharged and misinformed! They replaced the levers and both the flush valves. When my third toilet did the same thing, I assumed it would be the same price and same issue. However, when a different plumber from Sal's came for the initial visit, he gave me a quote DOUBLE of what I paid for in October. Long story short of it, I found Kiyo's Plumbing on Yelp and decided to give them a try. Thomas from Kiyo Plumbing was very honest and straightforward. He changed the lever and said i didn't need to replace the flush valve - TOILET works fine. He also had reasonable pricing - better than Sal's. The only difference is, Sal's has MANY MANY plumbers on staff - so you might get a quick visit and fix. Thomas was the only person I spoke with and it did take a few days to get the parts, but I wasn't in a rush since my other toilets were working! So just keep that in mind if you are in a bind. Thank you, Thomas! It was a pleasure!

Great service! I had a problem with the age of my gas line. It had a very old (1972) gas valve. I ran around for two days trying to find an adapter for the outdated valve.
I decided to get a referral from my 93 year father in law and he recommended Kiyo's.
I called and expected to hear ""can't do it until after the holidays"" but Tom came on New Year's Eve and replaced the valve.
The price is great and the service fantastic! They will be our plumbers from now on.

Our family & company has been using Kiyo Plumbing since the '80s at least. They're always honest & do clean work delivering Nordstrom type service. Perhaps the only caveat is that they're a smaller shop so they can be stretched thin.

Meh. Prices on the higher side compared to other plumbers. Disappointed because my 85-year-old tenant got bullied by their plumber. Bathtub was slow and we wanted it rodded/snaked. I wasn't on the premises, but tenant tells me that the plumber refused to do the work. So I got a nice, fat, juicy bill for work that wasn't done. Unfortunately, my tenant did not tell me until months later that she is still dealing with a slow drain. So the bill has been paid all this time, but the problem was never fixed.

Wow! Tom is an exceptional plumber! He was efficient, fast and didn't leave a mess. He even double-checked the drainage. Oh, and Tom even took his shoes off before entering our home ... A Big plus! It's satisfying to have an excellent company you can rely on!
