I've had to use plumbing services a few in the past couple of years. I am always grateful for how quickly this company is a able to come out and fix the issue. The plumber is always very professional and fast. The one plumber I had most recently was an older gentleman and he had a very rough exterior and was sparse on words (very blue collar type) but I knew he was a big softie when I saw how delighted he was about my small puppy. I would recommend this company for plumbing services. They're responsive and they're honest and fair.

This is the third time I've used Kiyo Plumbing and I need to say upfront that their punctuality has been very impressive. I just had my water heater replaced and needed a 50 gallon. Due to COVID they did not have a 50 gallon in stock so I asked to be put on their waiting list. Three days later I got a call that the 50 gallon heaters had come in and they could be at my house in 20 minutes. Sure enough in less than 20 minutes they were there installing my new water heater. In addition to the water heater they had to replace my ball valve and also fixed the exhaust vent. Everything went perfect and they also hauled away my old water heater. When I received the bill I was pleasantly surprised to see it was $150 less than what they estimated over the phone. Kiyo Plumbing is my go to plumber.

Had them come during the pandemic to fix my tub faucet, they were super respectful of my home - took off their shoes when coming inside, wore a mask the entire time, and finished quickly. Friendly, on time, and fixed the issue perfectly! Coming back a few months after and it's still working well :)

Great service and response time! Called in the morning and the technician came to my house in 20 minutes. Instead of advising to replace the whole water heater like some other companies told me, the technician fixed the burnt out wire within half an hour and I had hot water within an hour afterwards! The process was also COVID safe.
