I received a notice from my water company on a Friday morning that my meter reading was unusually high. I requested a quote on Yelp and within minutes received three calls from plumbers telling me they all could be there Monday. About an hour later, Kevin, the owner called me and said he could be out to my house on Friday afternoon as I suspected the culprit was a running toilet in one of my bathrooms.

The technician, Darrell, showed up within the specified time frame and was thorough and answered all of my questions. He made the repairs and did not charge me for several items that were needed, which was appreciated. Great quality of work and great customer service.

I'd definitely call on them again, if needed.

This was the second time in two months we had to call a plumber, and Kinnett Plumbing saved the day again! Kevin came out the first time--on a Sunday morning--and fixed our problem in about 15 minutes. Today, Darrell came out and did a bunch of stuff for us--all done well. The main reason I rated Kinnett Plumbing with five stars is because of their professionalism and how quick and efficient they were at doing their job. I called about a day prior and they gave me a two-hour window of when they would show up; Kevin called fifteen minutes prior and was very punctual. They walked in my house dressed in attire that clearly had the company's name on the shirt and immediately went to working on the toilet.
They did not judge, my three-year-old is potty-trained and left a surprise in a broken toilet so I felt really bad and embarrassed. They didn't laugh, giggle, make gagging sounds or anything-- They were consummate professionals. After about two minutes, they presented the root of my toilet troubles: a plastic fork (I also have a two year old daughter). But they did not stop there; they continued to troubleshoot the toilet to ensure there was nothing else blocking the pipes and I was thoroughly impressed with that. It was a $125 well-spent. I have not had any toilet troubles since and Kinnett Plumbing is now on my ""always-call"" list. They now have a new loyal customer. I am writing this review to save everyone time and money, go with Kinnett Plumbing, it's your best bet. :)

I have had this company to my house on 3 separate occasions, and called 4 times.

I had three different people each time, but the guys were always pleasant, friendly, and willing to explain everything. Being a stay at home mom, I am reluctant to let contractors into my home while my husband is gone. . But these guys are always so nice.

The price isn't cheap, but they do not gouge you like other plumbers. They are fair/average price. I don't just pay for their services, I gladly pay for their honesty. I recommended a friend when her pipes froze.. they sat on the phone and told her it would be a huge waste of money, and explained how to fix her problem and when to call them back if any problems were to arise.

It's hard to find friendly, trustworthy contractors and I definitely keep their magnet on my fridge. I found them on angies list. They do offer 10% discount to angies list customers.
