Edi came through after having a Christmas Eve emergency of water tank heater going kaput on me. After communicating via Yelp, got the appt, and showed up at 8 am the next day. Kings Plumbing has really been exceptional for us! Even though their schedule is a little hectic (shows how good/busy of plumber they are), once they start the work, they stick through it to finish. They arrived on time and replaced 4 really old and rusted faucets quickly. We have another project for an issue with our shower that I'm looking forward to working with them on as I trust their reliable service for any other work that comes up around our place.

We recently tore out our gas appliances and replaced them with electric. We hired Kings Plumbing to cap our gas lines and install a new electric water heater. I called over a dozen plumbers for quotes, and Edi set himself apart quickly with his level of punctuality and dependability. I had spent over a week hounding other plumbers for quotes. Half of them didn't answer the phone. Most of them showed up late for meetings and promised a quote within 48 hours that materialized late or never.

When I called Edi, he was able to schedule an onsite meeting for the next day which he then showed up to on time. He gave me a quote on the spot that was near or below what I received from all of the other plumbers I talked to. He was able to start a few days after that and the work was finished within a day.

I am very satisfied with the work that was done and appreciative of Edi's level of customer service. We have another home renovation project coming down the pipe and will definitely be using Kings Plumbing again!

Our home warranty assigned this company for a plumbing job. NO ANSWER, NO CALL BACK, UNABLE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE. Fidelity tried calling them various times as well, no response.
So frustrating when it's been 5 days with a non functional restroom, we had to ask for a different company.

I was referred to Kings Plumbing by Fidelity Home Warranty after the first plumber they assigned to me couldn't come for over a week. Ed was calling me before I was off the phone with Fidelity telling me to expect a call from Kings Plumbing. Ed was able to come within 2 hours of receiving the call. He showed me what was causing the leak and fixed my toilet quickly. I am very happy to have found a reliable plumber!! Highly recommend!
