This company came out on behalf of AHS. I requested a second opinion because the first company that came out on behalf of AHS couldn't snake out a drain. This company came out they were professional, quick, came with the correct tools, and fixed the issue. I will only be requesting kings plumbing and rooter for now on. The other companies AHS sends out have been awful and always need to be disputed which is a major waste of time to sit on the phone with AHS for hours. Thank you Ed your team is great!

The worst company I've ever dealt with. My water heater broke and my home warranty stuck me with them. They will ignore your calls and they can't ever get reached. Tried calling different times on different days too. Anything just to get someone to talk. Never picked up. They don't communicate with the home warranty company and the lack of initiation to get anything done is forced to be done by the client. The client would have to beg the home warranty and plumber to communicate with each other to resolve the discrepancy of information. For example, they went back and forth about who should be the one to order the part needed for the water heater. It was so unprofessional, it felt like working with children. Plumber says home warranty should buy it. Home warranty says plumber buys it. Guess who is the messenger going back and forth on these two parties? Me.

Let's put it this way. Three weeks goes by since the case was opened and the part still has not been ordered yet. Why am I having to check on their work only to find out that the part still wasn't even ordered yet and no courtesy call with a status update? I felt like I had to micromanage them because they could care less to get the work done. One month to have them do one thing - order the part - is ridiculous.

Frustrating. Decided to get a cash out from the home warranty company and found another plumbing company who actually picks up and calls back. Called the other plumbing company and they were able to replace the water heater and even upgraded the water heater to the more expensive version at no extra charge.

What a difference in professionalism.

Had them install 3 Costco Bidet toilets. They were on time, professional, and did a great job. Ed in particular was great to work with for booking appointments and follow-up over the phone

I called with a clogged sink at 11am, and they were here at noon to take a look. Very friendly, did an amazing job with my sink, and fixed it in less than 30 min. It's hard to find a great plumber, but I've found one in Kings. Thank you guys so much!!!
