Very professional. No BS. Great service! I would hire them again. The main drain of our house got clogged by tree roots (failed junction); they accurately diagnosed the problem, narrowed the work to be done to what was necessary, and fixed it for a very reasonable price.

Just avoid the service if you have a home warranty. Or for any job for that matter. They came to give me a quote on another job. They offered me a free water heater replacement that was covered under my home warranty. Didn't cost me a thing until I realized 7 months later that they're job was not up to the code for where I live, they never pulled a permit for the water heater replacement and left the pressure valve out in the open. (ready to throw boiling water on anyone unlucky enough to walk by) Checked with them and they flat out told me they had to cut some corners to make a profit as the warranty jobs were not paid well. Gave them time and a chances to fix there mistake. Waited patiently and then a few months went by and again nothing. They finally sent a person to fix a minor job, replacing the exhaust pipe over the water heater as it was too close the roof and it was old. The person that came made a half assed job and gave me a new higher quote for the remaining work. I noticed that the guy did not even bother to tighten the new exhaust pipes well. Some strong winds later and this is a picture of their ""fixing a mistake work looks like"" (before the old pipe and the new shiny exhaust pipes.)As a new homeowner I guess I was not ready to shop for plumbers or any other maintenance service people . So here is some advice for new homeowners or just in general anyone looking into hiring service people. Do your Due diligence on codes, permits, and especially workmanship. These guys let me down time and time again. If it wasn't for a customer service guy I kept speaking to that was atleast honest about being dishonest about the work I would rate them zero stars. The one star is for that guy that gave me hope that they would fix the job. Anyway, I will be submitting a complaint on this company to all state and local licensing organizations. And will find real plumbers for the job as well.

This is hands down the worst, most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a plumber (Charles), and worst follow-up with Ed, the owner of the company. Long story shortened a bit: Charles came out to service a backed-up, slow-draining shower. He spent 5 minutes snaking the drain with a 25 foot line, then insisted it could not be cleared that way. The report back to the home warranty company (which took 5 DAYS!) stated that the repair could not be done, that the clean-out was ""not accessible"" (it is, there's one right next to the crawl space entrance) and therefore the issue would not be covered by my home warranty company.

As a result I spent hours on the phone with the home warranty company, debating this topic, escalating the issue. In the mean time, the Plumber texted my tenant a photo of the clean-out and told HIM what to do, and I quote: "" GET SOMETHING 18 INCHES LONG AND JUST SHOVE IT IN AND OUT AND YOU SHOULD BE FINE."" Meanwhile Ed insisted to me they'd need to cut open the pipe below the house, because the clean-out was ""corroded."" He accused me of telling him how to do his job, at the suggestion of a more diligent plumber OR an attempt to just actually use one of TWO clean outs--there's also one outside. Ed said he would put together an estimate for fixing it HIS way, and get back to me the same day. He never called. I called the next day to see what his estimate would be. Left a VM. No call back. VM again. Next day, no call back. Still no call back, ever.

FIVE MORE DAYS later after I spent hours and hours on the phone with multiple Home Warranty agents who believed ED's BS, a home warranty supervisor finally agreed to send out another plumber for a second opinion. 48 hours later the second plumber easily cleared the line with a snake that was simply, a little longer... So, NO THANKS to ED and everyone at KINGS PLUMBING, it took me endless hours on the phone and cost my poor tenant almost two weeks without a shower!

The customer reviews in Sept and Dec of 2021 say the same thing: Horrible. I would avoid this company at all cost!

Shockingly unprofessional. Assigned through my home warranty company and simply never answered my calls or called me back or responded to text messages for 4 days. Calling them went straight to voicemail.

Let's not wait an entire year to respond and make up nonsense. You had other people come and do the work. You said you would come back and fix the lawn. You did not do professional work. Made up excuses and reasons. Doesn't matter who paid for it or if I own or rent, I live here and YOU did a terrible job. Goes to show how you think and how you do business. Stop the excuses and do YOUR job.

I choose their service because of their ratings on Google and Yelp. This was my first time using their service. Unfortunately, my experience was horrible. They cause a huge problem because of their inaccurate identification of the plumbing problem and their proposed solution. It took a lot of resources, time, and money to fix their error. Stay away. Their are better and more qualified plumbers in our area! I will NEVER use them again!

Great service! professional, on time, courteous - you won't go wrong hiring them for your repairs =) ..
I'm moving and my landlord is forcing me to repair the clogged sink in my bathroom. It was just hair and I knew that, and I voiced that to my landlord and his response was ""get a plunger"". Yeah, yeah I was livid but I'm moving so what I can I do. I called Roto-rooter because they're familiar and got a quote for $450.. I was like for a clogged sink? The rep said, ""yes"" because we're professional and blah blah ... I got on google and found Kings Plumbing and was sooooo thankful! they were awesome! quoted me at $85 to snake the drain, came and did the job in under 30 mins. They also accepted a web coupon on the spot! Best home service experience ! Thanks Guys !!!! =)
