I got a request through yelp from Kings Plumbing to come out to see if they could assist us with our plumbing needs . I got an immediate response . We made an appointment , he called before he came to give me a lead time on his arrival. He came to the property on time , inspected everything and said he would give me an email that afternoon with the quote. That was great, and that's where great stopped. I never got the quote the first day, nor the second, nor the third day. I followed up 3 times. He followed up after the 3rd time and said he would definitely send it and never did. I can't rate their workmanship as I was never given the quote to be able to. However, 2 stars for a great start.

Edi was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to fix our faucet that I had been told a week earlier, from a different Plummer company couldn't be done without pulling up cement and replacing pipes. Fabulous customer service, response time and quality work, THANK YOU EDI! 5-stars for sure!

Absolutely wonderful service! Ed was very knowledgeable. Installation was neat a clean and he was right on time. He check out the job and went to Home Depot picked out a beautiful faucet and had it installed in less than 2 hours. I thank my home warranty, Old Republic Home Protection for recommending this vender. If you don't have a Home Warranty.....definitely get one.

I was referred to Ed through my through my home warranty program and he was the 4th plumber i have had through the program and by far my most favorite! From the moment he contacted me over the phone to meeting up for service you can sense his calm warm spirit. He is so easy to talk t.. I ask 15k questions and each one he answered and when i didn't understand he drew me a picture :)

Most of all what I appreciated about his service is that I didn't feel like I was getting ""hustled"" over every little thing. Unfortunately my sewer is one in a million and instead of doing half the job and having me pay the price he called and told me what happened after he hydrojeted the lines and we changed the plan which stressed me out because I didn't want to have to pay for the whole thing again next time he came out.. He assured me though that the price for the whole job is just the same and the temporary fix will act as a credit and he will come back after I work things out with the neighbor..

I love this and thought it was such a blessing and demonstrated integrity. I will be calling him for all my plumbing needs in the future because of his honest, knowledgeable, straightforward and genuine approach to doing and running his business. Thanks So much Ed!!

We had a leak in our upstairs bathroom that leaked down into our wall and into our dining room ceiling. We had no idea what was leaking (toilet, sink, shower?) when we noticed the leak on our dining room table. I contacted our home warranty company and I got a call from Ed from Kings plumbing in less than 3 hours. He came out the next day between 2-5. He was on time, gave me a call when he was on his way and arrived before 2:30. He quickly found the problem and was in and out within 1hr. He was very friendly, polite, listened to my concerns and issues, and was very professional. I would DEFINITELY contact them again for any of my plumbing needs, with or without my home warranty and would DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone who is fed up with bubba the plumber (which is what I usually get from my home warranty plumbers). This plumber is a keeper!

We had a leak in our guest bathroom that we didn't know about for quite some time. Once we discovered it, after our vanity was destroyed, we contacted our home warranty company to file a claim. They quickly assigned Kings Plumbing, and we received a call from Ed in less than 24 hours. He set up an appointment for the following day between 2-5. He arrived promptly, well before 2:30, and was in and out within 20 minutes. He was also very friendly and professional. I would certainly contact them again for any of my plumbing needs, with or without my home warranty.

Ed was amazing! Very professional and polite. He went above and beyond to make sure the garbage disposal installation would happen today--even though the model was incorrect for the electrical situation.
Ed went out to local plumbing store and purchased a model that could be installed. Very happy with the service!

I was referred to Kings Plumbing & Rooter by my Home Warranty Co. after the first plumber they sent out could not fix a kitchen blocked sink in our Calabasas home. The first plumber (20 year in business) gave up after a short visit saying the blocked drain was due to a broken drain pipe that requires high pressure system that may require ripping up marble floors that could cost $5000.00. I called Ed at Kings Plumbing. He said no promises but let me take a look. He fixed the problem in less than an hour with the same tools the previous plumber used. I was very impressed with his calm attitude and very neat work. He cleaned up everything before he left the house.
He is honest and gets the job done with no attempts to get deeper into your pockets. I place this business at the top of my list and recommend him to others.
