They needed to go on the roof and access the line through the vent. After a little while I heard the drain gurgling. The drain line is free and clear. Ron made sure to show me everything in working order, including outside at the clean out.

Excellent service and very friendly, we had some water pressure issues that we couldn't figure out and finally decided to call a pro. Called Kings and they responded quickly and were able to get an appointment within a couple of days.
