Very Professional organization - I'm a landlord stationed overseas and they were able to work with my tenant's schedule to get a repair taken of in a timely manner. My tenant was very comfortable with them working in the house and said they left the project clean/tidy. Last year Kings Plumbing rescued my son's apartment from some seriously clogged drains and earned my trust as they were professional, efficient and kind. I knew that my son would need a few upgrades in the future and when it was time, who we would go to was never in doubt. They replaced his garbage disposal and his hot water tank. Our before-service conversations were warm and pleasant. Measurements were taken and other details were discussed so that the day of installation could go as smoothly as possible. After returning from deployment, my son found out there was no hot water running in his house. Ron came and assessed the situation and confirmed the 11 yr old heater was unrepairable and the next day returned to install a new water heater. Ron was professional, extremely courteous and neat, and as other reviewers have noted, not only is very skilled but goes the extra mile with advice on what to do with other miscellaneous questions we asked him. Kings Plumbing and Ron will definitely be on our ""Go To Call List"" for future plumbing calls! Highly recommend!

I had an issue with a running toilet, so I called Kings Plumbing. Ron was extremely friendly over the phone, and together we came up with a good date and time for him to show up. He even went the extra mile to make a note of when I wasn't available, and he let me know when things were running late and we were able to reschedule for later in the day. Ron and Steve came over to fix the issue-- not only did they fix my toilet extremely quickly, but they also gave me some tips on what may cause a toilet to run as well as a quick tutorial on how to safely replace the flush valve. Kings Plumbing is an excellent service run by friendly and respectful people, and I would be sure to use them again in the future. Thank you!

Stemming from a home inspection, I was in need of a water heater replacement (the entire unit, not a repair). I called Kings Plumbing and arranged a site visit with Ron. Ron himself came out and was extremely professional and really knew his stuff! He was also flexible as I wanted to buy the part myself because of a discount I had with the parts vendor. Ron and his team were flexible enough to pick the part up from will-call so I did not have to spend more time waiting on the delivery. The reason I am giving Kings Plumbing 5 stars is because as a new home owner, he took the time to show me where my water main source was and pointed out exactly how to turn it on/off and under what circumstances I would want to do that. He also installed an alarm in the water heater pan if there was ever a leak, the little alarm will beep if water ever starts leaking versus finding out about your leak when your floor and walls are soaked. I would highly recommend the Kings Plumbing team!! Also note, they are in Norfolk but had no problem showing up to Hampton on time! :)

I submitted a request for a quote here online to get an idea of how much it would cost to get a couple spigots replaced. The quote was directed at another company but King's gave me a call right away and we scheduled the appointment after they gave me a ballpark estimate over the phone.

I live 3 hours away and have been stood up by contractors many times so I was impressed when Ron and Steve showed up on time after my long trek down. They took a look at the work and let me know it would be slightly more but the price was still reasonable. I needed a toilet installed too and they jumped right in and knocked it out for me saving me the hassle.

In the end the work went smoother than expected and they did a great job. Yes, I could have saved money doing it myself but in the end one of the most expensive repairs is flood damage and I now have a piece of mind knowing the job was done properly for a reasonable price. I'll definitely be using them for any future needs.

Took a shower and the water didn't drain. Ok. Time to use the plunger. Once the hair AND grit came out but the water stayed, I knew there was a problem. Called kings at730. He answered the phone and showed up when he said he would. Turns out my little clog was a HUGE clog and a hole in my sewer line. Fantastic

Not only did they spare my white recently remodeled bathroom and not drag the electric snake into the house, they didn't take out the toilets and ran it through the roof (the hole in the pipe was tried first but no luck). They got the clog out, patched the hole and came back the next day. I always had water and sewer. And they even checked to make sure my kitchen was good.

He took credit card. Very friendly and professional. And according to the neighbors, I got off CHEAP. So call these guys. They're fantastic. I'm saving them for future fun projects because they're a good price and cool dudes

One of our toilets started leaking after my husband got out of the shower. He turned the water off, and decided to look for a plumber on Yelp. In the meantime, I went to the master bathroom and discovered that the toilet was also leaking. So we turned that water off, and tried searching for a plumber to come over tonight. I requested several quotes, and Ron was the first to respond to my message, and the first to call me. He was over my house within an hour. He was very prompt, professional, and he got the job done in no time. We greatly appreciated his service, and will definitely be calling Kings Plumbing for our future plumbing needs!
