Job was done quickly and overall well. But they would not honor a $50 coupon off their website - because it was expired...um, I printed off their sit the day the work was done. Seemed petty considering I paid nearly $700 for the work. Just left a bad taste in my mouth. Will go with a different company for my plumbing needs in the future.

Jeff, we had tried to resolve this in a professional manner. You have not contacted us but instead had an employee reach out whom we've had respect issue with. So here is our honest review, the whole story and the truth as stated in your contract. We will be proceeding the way we feel necessary to ensure that nobody gets poor workmanship and even worse customer service from your company in the future.


My family and I purchased our first home beginning of 2021, it came with a new septic system which we were very happy about! In less than a year the new septic system has sunk and shifted, the line from the house(which was installed by king rooter) has also sunk down. We didn't mind it because we understand this may happen, regardless of their contract stating they would use extra materials to combat this issue. Our real problem is that the old septic system was destroyed and buried by king rooter. They stated the previous homeowner chose this option for them to break down and mix with the dirt from the new septic tank. In less than a year we now have a hazardous hole forming and the old septic is more than sticking out of the ground. (A few pieces) we had reached out to the company in hopes of a resolution because we were ensured of a warranty including workmanship. It took a week to get a resolution to which they are not responsible and it was deemed ""landscaping"". This is not even close to a landscape issue. We will now do the work ourselves or hire a competent company and take this to litigation. Something we wanted to avoid. If you're reading this. Please do not waste your time and money on a company that doesn't stand by their word(contract). This is an issue of right and wrong.



As far as customer service goes. The woman who answers the phone is completely rude and condescending, she talks over you and chuckles when she talks. We had asked for a supervisor or the owner to contact us to resolve and we're denied multiple times. Either he doesn't care or never got the message. Regardless, this company has no ethics or compassion for their work.

Friendly helpful technicians! Was hoping to use them but the estimate was twice as much as the rest of the companies I got quotes from. Cost was $800 and up to install sink and garbage disposal!

This is the second time we have hired this company because the first time they did such an excellent job, and they did an outstanding job this time. Derek was excellent to work with and did excellent work. The front office is great they even called to let you know when they're coming and if they were running a couple of minutes late. We couldn't be happier with the job we had done

Derek was amazing! He located a hidden leak and fixed a few other issues we pointed out while he was at our house. He was quick and helpful. After noticing our tub had not been caulked he did that for us. While Derek was fixing a leaky pipe, one of the kids jumped into the shower without knowing it had to set. Derek completely re-caulked the tub just to ensure it was perfect!! What a pro!

Had an appointment scheduled with them on July 1 and they were a no show. Called the office and they didn't have me on the schedule. They worked me in the next day 10-12 window. When they finally showed up 45 minutes late they spent less than 10 minutes looking at the basement, measuring and working up a quote. The quote was far higher than others I had received from much more professional companies. Stay Away!!!!!!!!

Jeff and crew saved us from a nightmare of a Valentine's Day freeze. They were the only service with same-day availability and thank goodness cause we'd been without water for a few days. Turns out, we had 1 pipe burst (without even realizing it) along with multiple leaks from this recent freeze. The biz owner was so respectful and just went over and beyond for us; from his careful cuts into basement drywall to the meticulous cleanup afterward... we are just so impressed with today's service and will only be calling King moving forward. Thank you again for all of your help today!
