I tried Steven and his crew out when I needed to replace a leaking hose spigot and test the pressure reducing valve (PRV) on my home's water supply. Steven sent a crew the afternoon of the same day I contacted him. The price was much more reasonable than the plumbing company I used to use. They fixed the spigot, and tried to adjust the PRV, but said they'd have to replace the PRV. Since they didn't have a part or an estimate for the PRV, I contacted Steven, and he quickly gave me an estimate and scheduled a return visit. The second plumber arrived when promised and quickly repaired the PRV as quoted.

I'll definitely contact KKP and Steven the next time I need plumbing help.

Very deserving of 5 stars! I searched through Yelp for the highest rated plumbers to help my parents with a water leak, and found King Kong plumbing to have all 5 stars. Why not give it a try?

I Texted the phone number listed on Yelp to inquire. Within an hour, I had a reply from Steven saying he could come out within an hour to give us an estimate. He was good at communicating with me the cost and when they could start. They came out the next day and fixed the issue within 2 hours! Very reasonably priced, and my parents were very happy to have this problem fixed! The team was very professional and my parents would be happy to use them again for any future issues!

Highly recommend Steven and his crew. We had a really bad clogged drain at 10pm yesterday, downstairs kitchen sink was filled with black dirty water after showering upstairs. Water was draining down very very slowly. Never saw this before, really freaked out. I searched Yelp and found King Kong, I messaged King Kong at 11:30pm asking for help, and the owner Steven replied almost immediately ensuring me his team could come next morning. I was so relieved and could sleep then. Today at 12noon, KK team was here and immediately identified the issue, they used their draining tool to drain an outdoor pipe (they managed to do the draining outside so to keep the inside clean). In less than 30 min, the drain was cleared, water ran down smoothly both upstairs and downstairs. And they took out a large pile of hair!! I'm very happy with everything they did, highly recommend!! Btw Steven also offered a 30 day warranty.
