Tyson came as planned. Between 9-10 am. Took care of the hose bib in the rain. He was efficient. Replaced old bib with a quarter turn bib. Thank you so much for coming out and taking care of our issue. We will call again. His price included the part and labor. Straight forward. Thanks again!

Cannot say enough great things about this company. We decided to do a whole house re-pipe with copper. Got several Yelp recommendations that were all highly rated. King Kong was the first to call us, they came the very same day, gave us a very reasonable estimate as well. Every other company we called was either late in responding or showing up. Several bids were way over our budget. We decided to go with King Kong. They just finished the work all in one day! Amazing. Very fast, efficient. Workers respected our home while working. Hoang and Dang (assume to be their last name) arrived on time, and within an hour completed my fix-it's. I had a very leaking tub faucet which they replaced completely with a new unit...after 40+ years of usage! I could have replace a shower head myself but I had them do it too--after all I am 70+ years old.
I texted KKP in the morning, and they replied in 15 minutes with an appointment for the afternoon. I heartily recommend KKP for prompt response, exemplary service by professional people.

I tried two other plumbers and they would not come out to find a leak. They recommended a specialty leak finding service that didn't have availability for at least a week.

King Kong Plumbing was at my house within two hours and worked diligently to find the problem. Once the problem was found, I was given two options. They did the work efficiently and professionally.

A lot of service professionals are messy. This was not the case with King Kong Plumbing, they were very neat and clean.

The work was done quickly, and the price was reasonable. I would recommend them for any plumbing service.

We had an issue with our sewage pipe that connected the house with the city line. This was a recurring issue where the pipe would be clogged and we had to call someone to flush it out. This time around we went with King Kong plumbing who did a fantastic job. The entire team is very professional and extremely swift (which was a huge plus since we were dealing with a drainage issue). Their team pointed out how our existing setup was not up to code and also recommended changing the pipe as the existing one was showing age. We went with KingKong Plumbing to replace the pipe. The new installation was up to code and they helped setup the inspection with the city. The entire job was extremely fast and hardly caused any inconvenience to us (again a huge plus in my books as we have 2 little kids at out place). The price for the entire job was very reasonable and the quality of work is very good (also covered under their warranty!). I would definitely recommend King Kong plumbing.
