Kim's plumbing came out the same day and repaired the issue with my shower in about 45 min. Miguel was great, he went over and beyond to get me back up and running. He also was very informative and let me know what to look out for in the future. Very happy with this local company and will now continue to go with Kim's for my next plumbing repair if ever needed!

My husband thought himself a handyman, tried to fix a dripping shower valve and ended up breaking a piece off inside. It was Sunday afternoon. We tried to call plumbers that advertised 24/7. The first one we thought of was kim's Plumbing. We'd use them before and while we thought they were expensive. Did a good job. We got an answer right away. The person who answered the phone, passed our number along to the technician. He called us back right away and told us he was too hot and going home. It didn't matter that we had no water And it was Sunday afternoon. He was tired and done for the day even though he was the guy on call. This was last Sunday, July 16, 2023. Fortunately we were able to survive the night and I called my regular plumber who figured out the problem immediately and took care of us.

i did feel they are not honest. they timing is bad. i have bad valve is cost $90 .. they want to charge me want to charge me $1800-2400 dollars. where is the labor and law to check on this people
i will not recommend them at all

Hot water heater went out Monday morning , first I called a company that advertised all over town , they quoted me an outrageous price . I then told them to leave and called Kim's, they sent out a tech late that afternoon and got the job done 1st thing the next morning for almost half of the other guy. Thank you , wish I would've called 1st and saved myself the $49 fee from the big advertiser !

Once again Kim's Plumbing came to our rescue. A broken pipe in our house late one evening had us rushing for the phone to call a plumber. Our first call is always to Kim's Plumbing. Their plumber was at our house immediately, and we knew we were in good hands. He analyzed the problem and came up with a plan that let us rest at ease. The repair was done in one day, and we felt that we were their most important client. We recommend Kim's plumbing for courteous, professional, and expeditious service.

I had 2 different people recommend them and I needed a sink repair done ASAP. With work I wasn't really available to get multiple quotes. I called on a Monday afternoon, the soonest the could come out was 2 days after call, I took of time from work expecting their work to be completed that day, but they said this was just a quote. They wouldn't be able to complete the job for another 2 days. The guy said it was a huge job and it would take them 2-3 hours. So I sucked it up and went with them, since they were charging $125 for the quote anyway. I took more time off of work for the repair to be completed, this is now 4.5 days without a kitchen sink. The repair was fine, one guy completed the job in a hour and a half and stated this was ""plumbing 101"". Still charged me $600 that wasn't a ""huge"" 2 man 2-3 hour job. They are extremely overpriced, there was little material required, so they charge pretty much approx $400 a hour (not holiday, after hours or weekend).
