Have been Kim's using for over 15 years...always been very happy until last week when I found an additional $50 charge added to my bill for a driving fee? I checked my past receipts to confirm I had not been charged on any past services, then called since I thought they made an error on the invoice. I explained I thought it might be an error, before I could finish I was told in a very rude tone that it was not an error it was their new policy.

Since I was 2 blocks north of Copper they added $50 to my invoice....I asked why I was never told and why they never communicated their new policy but never received an answer.
Very disappointed ....will not be using them in the future.

Broken water valve with gushing water at 3AM and these guys saved us. Fast, courteous service when we couldn't even get a call back from other ""emergency"" plumbers and one who got mad because we ""woke him up"". I highly recommend and will make these guys my plumbers for now on.

I can only speak on behalf of their customer service, which was terrible. When I called to schedule to have a plumber come install a sink and repair my toilet the woman who answered was extremely rude and short with me when I called, enough to make me choose another company for my plumbing!

Brian, from Kims Plumbing came out today to do some repairs at my house. He was very courteous and professional. Kim's is the only plumbing company I've been doing business with for at least the last 20 years, maybe longer. Prices are always reasonable. Honesty is always part of the service! You won't be sorry if you call Kim's!

The first experience with Kim's plumbing began with a phone call to request their services. I could have called any of the hundreds of Fresno plumbers but I called Kim's. The lady who answers their phone and sets appointments has to be the worst customer service representative ever. Then when the plumber gets there he acts like he doesn't want to do the job at all (scope pipes) and basically says he won't... he had a tone and expression that read I want to be anywhere but here and help you. It ended with him not doing the job. So one star for Kims and I'll take my business elsewhere.

Horrible customer service on the phone! It's amazing they get any business at all when the first voice you hear is unprofessional and rude. I have given them a lot of business in the past, but this goes to show you how important it is to be consistent and friendly. They have lost a good customer.

Our toilet got clogged, so I turned to Yelp to help me find a plumber. I called around 2:30 and was told they could get a man out between 4 and 6. That was AOK by me, so I booked him.

Not only did he arrive within the time slot, I was CALLED by the office to let me know he was on his way. A very thoughtful touch.

He arrived, snaked our toilet, took a look at the valve, which was leaking, and gave us honest, practical advice on how to proceed. The visit was not cheap, but it was worth it. I will definitely call Kim's next time - they're going in my phone's address book. :)

I own a condo in Fresno, rented out. My tenant called me and said the toilet and tub were backed up and flooding the place. On a Sunday morning. (of course). I called 3 different 'emergency' service plumbers, Kim's was the only one who called me back, they were at the condo and had the problem fixed (roots grew into the main complex sewer line and blocked it) within a few hours. $145 for Sunday service. Only reason for the 4 star and not 5 star is they don't take credit cards so I had to have my tenant pay the tech and I reimbursed later. I'll use them again for future problems.

I have had Kim's plumbing do work for me before and was very pleased with their work, but this time when I had a huge plumbing problem in my kitchen they couldn't help me for ""a week"" so I had to call another plumbing company and they did a great job and came out within an hour! So next time I probably won't call Kim's just because when I really needed someone quickly they didn't have the staffing to get me in ASAP.
