Extremely talented, very professional and completely trust worthy.

Considering our ideas, budget and timeline, I honestly didn't think it would be possible to pull off the project. Sam made it happen on time, within budget and even exceeded our expectations for the quality of the work that was done. He came back over after the work was completed, to replace a baseboard that had taken on some water from the dishwasher. Though the problem had nothing to do with anything that he had done, he actually fixed it for us without charge- above and beyond! One of the more enjoyable parts of working with Sam was being able to collaborate with him creatively. He worked hard to help us fulfill our vision, and had no shortage of quality input and ideas to best direct the project. All of this being said, it was the relationship we formed with Sam that will have us coming back to him for future work. He is kind, polite, compassionate and great with kids. I don't mean to go overboard, but it's been a while since I've had this pleasant of an experience working with someone.

One word, awesome!

I had a leak in one of the bathroom and needed to redo the floor and paint. Sam showed up, gave a reasonable estimate. More important, he had great design ideas, all were very elegant and relevant to my needs and budget.
His crew showed up on time, clean and well groomed and did an amazing job. Tiles are precisely laid with no gaps. The bathroom looks great. Work was done on time, no hassle, no fuss, no interruption.
Final price was the price we agreed on, no surprises.
I strongly recommend Keystone and very likely to use them again when I start remodeling the house.

We just bought our second home in Ladera Ranch & after looking around we found Keystone Design. Our new home needed some remodeling work (outdated bathrooms, kitchen....) we received 3 estimates for the work & we decided to go with Sam. The moment we met I had a good feeling that he knows exactly what we are looking for. We had a budget & lots of ideas what we want to be changed.

Sam was very patient, explained everything, had great ideas & the final price was in our budget. He is a true artist. Our bathrooms and the gourmet kitchen are so progressive & nice, and my walk-in closet is just amazing.

Wow....Keystone Design Build, Inc. not only met, but exceeded every one of my expectations! The minute I met with Sam, I had complete confidence in his renovation process. Sam's design and workmanship could not have been better. He had complete expertise in every aspect of the remodel. Sam's attention to detail and doing all the extras was above and beyond the expected. He always made me feel like part of the team, made me feel like a valued client and always kept me involved in every step of the process.

Eight months ago I purchased a vacation home that needed extensive remodeling work. Sam did a complete kitchen remodel, with cabinets, granite counter tops, all new appliances, three bathrooms, hardwood flooring, marble flooring, new windows, new roof, new garage door and painted the whole interior/exterior of the house.

After 4 other estimates, I chose Keystone Design Build, Inc.; they had the best quality, for the best price and at the end the estimate was right on and I never had any surprise extra costs.

I can't imagine ever working with another company on any remodeling project, for my business or home. I would highly recommend this company and would never hesitate to use Sam again.

Fantastic Sam!!! We used Sam because he was recommended to us and he did a great job. Sam remodeled four bathrooms and did an outstanding job. He personally supervised the jobs, completed them on time and did a quality job at a reasonable price. It's the best of all worlds. What we also liked was that Sam suggested ideas that made the bathrooms look better AND saved money. We thought that was great as we were on a budget. The bathrooms look great. I would not hesitate to use Sam and Keystone Design Build again in the future. I wouldn't even waste my time bidding the job out. I would trust Sam to do a great job at a reasonable price again.

Sam is truly an artist. He is the best contracter I've dealt with. He did an amazing job with the kitchen and bathroom. He did a beautiful distressed hardwood floor for a great price. He put granite tops that look absolutely gorgeous.
