I used Keyliam & Sons through AHS, but I'd use his services again in a heartbeat. I can't understand the lower ratings for this company. 2 visitors in town, so a household with 5 women and 2 of the bathrooms blocked! Keyliam responded within 30 minutes of the request, maybe less, during a very busy week.

Owner, VJ, showed up within another 15-20 minutes and had to monster snake out the side cleanup as well as the sink cleanout. He had every tool needed. I've snaked out clogs before and it's not a fun job. He was friendly, quick, efficient and cracked a good joke. And my clogs are gone.

Had the pleasure of working with VJ who was prompt and in fact came early. He was able to diagnose the toilet tank issue quickly and got it done within 30 minutes with no mess. He even went the extra mile of wearing shoe covers throughout my house and that is much appreciated!

This company is TERRIBLE!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! They act like they don't speak English in order to not fix anything. They came to my condo twice and were absolutely USELESS. If American Home Shield tries to assign them to you, I highly recommend that you request another vendor.

Very responsive when my water heater broke. Stopped the leaking and set up temporary installation to allow for water damage repair. Came right back promptly to finish install. All done in

They are either dishonest or incompetent. My 80 year old mother's sink has been unclogged many, many times over the years. The last time that someone came out, they put in a clean-out. Keyliam wanted to cut the pipe and charge me for a new clean-out when the existing one works fine. It is typical with dishonest plumbers. They work for home insurance companies (AHS) and try to create additional revenue by making up issues and scamming elderly people. I would stay away. I see from other reviews that this is not the first time that they have tried to scam someone. Shame on AHS for not screening their plumbers better.

AHS sent this company to fix my leaking water heater. I was a little nervous because of my past experiences with companies that AHS send and the reviews on yelp but to my surprise they came the very next day and fixed my problem within 30 mins. They were professional and clean. I will request them if I encounter any plumbing issues again. Thank you!!!

I spoke to a reviewer who gave them an unfavorable review and was warned they may be in kahoots with the home Warrantee insurance company I have, and since this was a verified customer, I took heed to the warning. Also, I forgot my product was still under it's 12 year Warrantee, so am going through the manufacturer to repair or replace my product.

Our experience with Keyliam & Sons today was wonderful. They were sent by FAHW and VJ took care of our water leakage problem very quickly. He was pleasant and knew exactly what to do to fix the supply line leak and got right to it. Paid the service fee and voila! Would use them again in a heartbeat.

our shower wasn't draining so we contacted Keyliam and sons. Made an appointment for the next morning between 8 and 9. They came just before 8 and were done in 20 minutes. Clean and efficient. Tech was polite and cleaned up after himself.
