These guys are wonderful and a godsend!! I don't know the name of the ""angel"" that helped me but after 2 shyster companies and no hot water for over a month, this company came in, fixed the problem, and encouraged us to call them if there were any problems because they don't want to leave us like the previous 2 companies did. This is a company that takes pride in their job. I will recommend them to everyone!!!!!

PLEASE BE AWARE OF THESE GUYS SCAMMING especially when using AHS The owner at phone number 818-469-1166 is working with AHS and is a complete scam artist. I don't normally leave reviews, but I had to warn people. If they lie and scam the system through home warranty programs I'm sure they will do the same on a regular repair service. Keyliam & Sons was assigned by my home warranty co. to repair and/or replace my hot water heater. VJ diagnosed the issue and within just a few days (had to order the item) the water heater was replaced. He was efficient, honest, knowledgeable, and worked diligently; he did a fantastic job.

We go through American Home Shield and had keyliam and sons assigned to fix several plumbing issues. VJ came over and was very pleasant and got right into it. He is very good at what he does. We also had our kitchen faucet that needed a new piece, he helped us call the manufacturer and told them exactly what he needed. 2 months later when the piece finally arrived due to delayed shipping, he came back over and fixed it like new. I know American home shield can be a hit and miss sometimes, but if you want a great plumber ask for VJ.

Do NOT use these guys. If American Homeshield send you to these guys, request for someone else. Super lazy, not friendly and very unprofessional. They're thiefs. Came out to diagnose my place, looked around for 15 minutes, said he couldn't see the problem and left.

I had this plumbing company come to fix a clogged kitchen sink. They were sent through my AHS warranty. I was extremely satisfied with the technician that was sent to my home. Unfortunately I did not get and/or do not recall the technician's name, but he was extremely polite, knowledgeable and took such good care of the kitchen's surroundings as he worked and finished the job. I will be keeping this Plumbing Co.'s information in my 'favorite' list for any future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend this company.

Just called Keyliam & Sons to replace a water pressure valve. He came within an hour and replaced the defective part. He checked the pressure and changed the valve. He came within an hour and did a great job. Other people came and without checking the valve pressure were giving me very high estimates. I Highly recommend, since they were reasonable and reliable. I am definitely calling him again for any plumbing needs. See pictures attached.

Worked through home warranty company and unfortunately this experience was terrible. Zero stars is the actual rating but one is the lowest. Keyliam came out on Saturday and was supposed to submit the service report immediately for replacement parts. Since the report was never submitted, we've been left without hot water for 5 days already. Left several voicemails for callbacks from Keyliam but apparently they can't bother responding with even updates.

Now we have to chase down reimbursement for services that were NOT rendered.
