It was the day before an important reunion to celebrate our family matriarch. Relatives were coming from great distances. This day had been months in the planning. The sinks were hopelessly stopped up. The technician from Keyliam arrived within a hour of our initial contact. He diagnosed the problem immediately and went to work in a flash. All issues were resolved and the family celebration was saved. The technician was knowledgeable, courteous and prompt. He insisted on cleaning up his work areas, even though I told him that he didn't need to and I would do it. I would heartily recommend Keyliam and Sons to all my friends and family. They turned a potential disaster into an unforgettable family memory.

This company was sent out by AHS as the first company refused to go under my house where the leak was. What a pleasant surprise Keyliam and sons were. Eager and VJ came to the door on time and ready to tackle the problem. They found the problem and then forwarded another issue back to my warranty company for repair that had to do with the HVAC. They brought me the part, were pleasant and professional. I would call them again. The best company I have received from AHS.

This company was assigned to me by AHS insurance. I placed a claim for service on Saturday and that same afternoon Eager from Keyliam & Sons called to make an appointment with me for Monday morning. I had a number of issues including a leaking water pipe (that required access behind a wall), a kitchen faucet that needed replacement, and 2 other bathroom faucets that needed adjusting. Eager came to service my home and he was extremeley kind and patient. He handled each and every issue one by one and managed to fix ALL issues during his single visit, without having to make any additional trips to pick up parts. So many times other service people seem impatient and give you the feeling that they are more bothered by the job and just want to be done as quickly as possible. I'm thankful for the very pleasant experience I had with Eager and would definitely recommend this company to others.

I had an issue with my Water Heater not able to maintain the heat, so I called my Home Warranty American Home Shield (AHS), who assigned a plumbing company (On time plumbing). After having reviewed that plumbing company and all the terrible stories, my anxiety just increased some degrees (unlike my water heater) and started to play all sorts of scenarios in my head preparing for the worst. I took the chance and called AHS again and asked them to assign me another plumber if possible, and I was happy that I did. They instead assigned me ""Keyliam & Son"", who called me shortly after I had been assigned to them. We agreed to a time window for them to show up the following day and the gentleman they sent showed up early in the window. After taking a minute to explain the situation to him, he knew exactly what was wrong (""ThermoCouple""), and started his work mitigating the diagnosis. It took him approx 15 minutes to fix and everything worked perfectly afterwards. I wish all my encounters with professionals, would be that smooth. I now got hot water again - also the following day! I might even call them again for bigger jobs (outside the Home Warranty) in the future.

ZERO star, complaint filed to BBB.org charges more than 10x on sediment trap that cost $85 should be $14.66 only. Permit for over $200 that should only be $129 and has a very rude attitude to customer demanding payment. No courtesy and AWFUL code of business conduct. There are other above and beyond pleasant courteous and very polite contractors and plumbers in this area that will treat their clients with excellent customer service. We will notify other social media about this review. Also submit complaint with CFPB, DBO for compliance of their business conduct. POOR conduct no courtesy at all. Very unprofessional business practice

This was the first time I've used Keyliam And Sons. They were referred to me by my insurance American Home Shield. Eager arrived on time, was very efficient and took the time to explain everything he was doing. Job was completed very quickly. I am very pleased with service I received.

These guys are the best. We had an issue with our washing machine pipe overflowing. They responded right away and amazingly the guy(Yger)came over later the Same Day! He diagnosed the issue and within 30 minutes; Problem Solved.
This is the best experience we have had with any plumber or maintenance company , ever.

I have received service from Keyliam and Sons 3 times and each time they came from America Shields. Each time they were on time, professional, and helpful. Mr.Vejay came on Friday as a secondary consultant because he first plumber from On Time Plumbing literally came to turn on my water heater and left. 30 minutes afterwards my heater was off again because my gas valve was broken. On time plumbing didn't even look for anything to diagnose the problem but Mr.Vejay diagnosed the problem and was on the phone with American Shield asking for authorization. He could have left and leave me for another 2-3 days of not having hot water but he was kind and diligent. He took care of my broken water heater right there and then. Another time couple of months also Mr.Iger from their company showed up, I had a leak coming from a wall, he quickly detected what area of the wall the leak was from and saved me from the huge water leak that I had. I appreciate your help Keyliam and sons.

Home warranty sent them out to fix the garbage disposal. The guy that came said the disposal needed to replaced. Not covered by warranty so he says it will cost $220. Fine, when i mention i will be using a credit card, the guy says it will now be $240. Really $20 to pay with a credit card? When i question this, the guy tells me to find another plumber and leaves. Glad he left because i did call another plumber who pulled a penny out and the disposal works fine. Even with the extra money i had to pay for another service call i still saved a over $100.
