In the early 1960s, Billie Ketchum established Ketchum Plumbing in San Pedro, California. As a husband and father of five, he worked diligently to create a legacy for his family and son. Soon after, he received an opportunity to work on the waterfront. He managed the family plumbing business until his son Jon Ketchum took over in 1988. Collectively, they boast more than 40 years of service experience. Upon taking over, Jon rapidly grew his customer base, largely due to word of mouth and his solid local reputation. In San Pedro, nearly everyone knows Jon as the local plumber. Trust and hard work are the foundations of his business.
