Billie Ketchum started Ketchum Plumbing in San Pedro, California, back in the early 1960s. As a father of five and a husband, he dedicated himself to leaving a legacy for his family and son. Not long after, he found an opportunity to work along the waterfront. He led the family plumbing business until his son Jon Ketchum took the reins in 1988. Collectively, they boast more than 40 years of service experience. After Jon assumed control, he swiftly built his clientele, mainly through referrals and his excellent local reputation. Almost everyone in San Pedro recognizes Jon as the neighborhood plumber. His success is built on a foundation of trust and dedication.
