Billie Ketchum started Ketchum Plumbing in San Pedro, California, back in the early 1960s. As a father of five and a husband, he dedicated himself to leaving a legacy for his family and son. Before long, he was presented with a chance to work on the waterfront. He led the family plumbing business until his son Jon Ketchum took the reins in 1988. Collectively, they boast more than 40 years of service experience. Upon taking over, Jon rapidly grew his customer base, largely due to word of mouth and his solid local reputation. Almost everyone in San Pedro recognizes Jon as the neighborhood plumber. Trust and hard work are the foundations of his business.
