In the early 1960s, Billie Ketchum established Ketchum Plumbing in San Pedro, California. As a husband and father of five, he worked diligently to create a legacy for his family and son. Not long after, he found an opportunity to work along the waterfront. He managed the family plumbing business until his son Jon Ketchum took over in 1988. They have a combined experience of over 40 years in the plumbing industry. Upon taking over, Jon rapidly grew his customer base, largely due to word of mouth and his solid local reputation. Almost everyone in San Pedro recognizes Jon as the neighborhood plumber. Trust and hard work are the foundations of his business.
