Billie Ketchum started Ketchum Plumbing in San Pedro, California, back in the early 1960s. As a husband and father of five, he worked diligently to create a legacy for his family and son. Soon after, he received an opportunity to work on the waterfront. He continued to run the family plumbing business until his son Jon Ketchum assumed control in 1988. Collectively, they boast more than 40 years of service experience. After Jon assumed control, he swiftly built his clientele, mainly through referrals and his excellent local reputation. Almost everyone in San Pedro recognizes Jon as the neighborhood plumber. His business thrives on trust and hard work.
