Had a problem with the work done by a plumbing technician. He charged us for work and the leaking issue wasn't corrected. We received a personal call from the owner of Kerrygold Plumbing expressing his displeasure of what happened, and assured us that the money that we were charged would be refunded. We appreciate this! Kerrygold Plumbing has done work for us before, and did a great job. It just that one plumbing technician that was the problem. Overall they are a very good company to work with!

Kerrygold was reliable, knowledgeable, prompt and excellent at getting back to me. Their plumber went the extra mile to install new faucets correctly and fix a multi function shower so I wouldn't need to replace it. The plumber who had come in before Kerrygold was talking about opening up the wall. With Kerrygold, everything went as good or better than I hoped for.

I was referred to Kerrygold by my brother-in-law who had had a very good experience with them about a year ago. I initially got a couple of bids from some other sewer contractors and the quotes were all over the board and I was assuming that some were lowballing and some, perhaps didn't even know what they were going to excavate when it came down to the real work. My house was built in 1956 and I had hydrojeted my clean out many times, but after due diligence and experience from Kerrygold, I was told that I needed to replace the line from my clean out that went to the main city line, which was 15 feet deep!! You can imagine my concern when I heard about this. Meanwhile, Doug, who is one of their main go to people came out with his partner and camera and diagnosed the scenario and gave a bid within a days time. I was also very impressed that Dave who is the manager and part owner spoke to me over the phone thoroughly for at least an hour or so regarding the work that needed to be done step-by-step and how they backed their work up and would not be changing their pricing on me. I should also mention that while getting an estimate for the mainline we also had them inspect underneath the house to see which pipes needed to be replaced and was given a very fair quote. I should mention that because this was a bit of a dangerous job. It was crucial to know that they were bonded and insured which I recommend to everyone Meanwhile, after I agreed and signed the contract, we set a date and they showed up promptly and completed the work in less time than anticipated. What I also liked is that they started the job and finished the work without taking days off in between. Their work was very thorough and they showed me everything they were doing as each day progressed. To say the least, we were EXTREMELY pleased with all of their work and only had a minor hitch with a sprinkler from the excavation which they gladly came back to fix the next day. I would highly recommend Kerrygold Plumbing and appreciate their warranty and hard work. Lastly, I want to mention that their front office lady Katherine who handled all of the calls and communication was always great in getting back to me in a timely manner and made the process very simple. They have a super team and I have nothing but high recommendations for them!!

Buy house they said, it's a great investment they said. We'll notify me when that happens cuz so far everything in this got damn house is broke. Kitchen sink leaking, but only sometimes, call home warranty they send someone out. He tightens a few things says call back if you have problems. We have problems. But can not get them on the phone much less back at my house (remind me to cancel that USELESS HOME WARRANTY) fight with them for a few weeks to at least get my initial fee back so I can find someone else. Find Kerry Gold just googling, fill out their form and immediately call me back. Can't have them come out til Tues so they call me back again on Monday to confirm. Guy comes out and it takes him a bit but the problem? Why it only happens sometimes? Seal around the sink is bad and when I wash dishes and use the sprayer, it gets in there and then right under onto the wood. They can't fix it but then I get a call from the owner, he gives me info on a guy who can do it and tells me exactly what is going on as to why they can't do it as it has nothing to do with plumbing but with installation. At least I have a plumber on hand now because plumbing issues are my worst fear with this place but at least we know who to call immediately.

The pipe through which my toilet works had a broken valve that would not prevent the water from trying to go into the toilet, but the flexible hose had a leak that I could not stop. Every few minutes required that I empty the collection pan I placed on the floor. I tried to turn the main water off, but did not have the proper tool or strength to do it. In desperation, I called Kerrygold Plumbing. Rather quickly they arrive - that was excellent. First, the man, with my help, turned the main water from the street off. Then he came and examined the situation. First, he suggested I get a new toilet as to fix this one would probably be almost the same. Then he complained that my pipes were galvanized and that could be a problem - perhaps I should think about having the house re-fitted with new pipes. I asked him to just fix the broken valve at the end of the pipe and I would investigate whether I need a new toilet or just repair the old one. He quickly removed the broken part and installed a new valve (a very small item) which I would assume was very inexpensive. A look at home depot shows the type I have at less than $20.00. The gentleman was finished rather quickly. Less than 1 hour, more like 20 to 30 minutes. The charge for this inexpensive part, which was easy and quick to install was $ 450.00. THIS IS A BIG RIP OFF, as far as I am concerned. I will never use or recommend this company. Before Kerrygold, I tried to contact a plumber we know who lives a few blocks away, but since it was early in the morning 7:am I left him a message, but since my room was flooding I tried to get someone ASAP. Later, after the job was done he called me. I explained what happened, but didn't mention the cost. I asked him what that same procedure would have cost me if he did it and he replied between 100 and 150 dollars depending on the time plus the part. When I told him it was $450 he laughed and said there are companies who do that, unfortunately. I checked via google and discovered that the average price per hour for an emergency plumber was between 50 and 150 dollars per hour. I WAS RIPPED OFF - shame on Kerrygold Plumbing.
