Have used Kerrygold for many years but have been lucky and no plumbing issues the last few years..Had a problem with some outside water line and faucet problems.They set up 2 hr window appt next day and called letting me know Eric was 20 min away in that window. He gave me a couple of suggestions an and cost. He was knowledgable,personable, and worked very focused and took my questions with a good attitude.. When finished I had him look at another issue separate from which he fixed and decided to have him come back out to take care of that. He gave me a good estimate and suggested if I wanted to take care of it this week he could work the cost down a little..I appreciated that and came the next day... It was a bigger job and he made as little mess the condition allowed and did a fantastic job on this one too...A really good technician with a very nice disposition. Thanks Eric & KerryGold. It's reassuring have a good plumber having a house that you can count on over the years!

I called several plumbers to come unclog my sink. It was late in the day, but Kerrygold was very responsive and sent someone out at 7am the next morning. Douglas was on time, very pleasant, and knowledgeable. He took care of several plumbing issues and was respectful to not leave anything dirty. I would definitely use Kerrygold again!

My boss recently had a big leak over the weekend and needed a plumber asap. The 1st guy wasn't able to fix it (he was great but thought it was an outdoor sprinkler, turns out it wasn't) but on Monday they sent out Joe. He was the best tech ever! He assured us that he would do his best and he fund the leak under some slab! He handled everything like a pro and my boss was very happy. He made minimal mess and made sure to inform us every step of the way. As a personal assistant having vendors that do a good job and not price gouge is a refreshing thing nowadays. We will definitely keep their number for the future.

Kerrygold Plumbing is fantastic! I used them for cleaning out my patio drains which were backed up for months. Willy D. showed up on time for my estimate, he was professional, courteous and honest. Once he broke down what I needed done he was able to schedule my service for the following week. Willy and his colleague showed up on time for my service, and even gave me a 30 minute notice so I knew exactly when they would arrive. They completed the job within the 2 hours they quoted, provided a write up of exactly what they did, and included what they found when using the cameras- they showed me exactly what the camera was capturing and explained everything in detail. I highly recoding them and will use them again as an annual cleaning of my drains! thank you.


Updated Review: I had to call Kerrygold plumbing again for a leak that I had coming out of refrigerator and leaked underneath my hardwood
floors. The issue was a pin hole in the hose on the back of the fridge that had caused the damage underneath my floors. When I called
they sent someone one out to fix it but he failed to ensure If the leak was still active in another part of the floor or what kind of damage this has caused. They charged me $350 for what took 15 minutes to do, which was replace the refrigerator hose from the water filter to the water line. They are grossly overpriced and their cost is in justified. I'm mad I didn't demand they lower it. I will reconsider calling them again in the future.

2nd Update: Kerrygold is a class act. The owner Dave called me to correct the issue I noted above! I received a $100 credit for the overcharge. I will definitely be using Kerrygold for all future plumbing needs. Thank you!!

Very responsive customer service reps and very efficient dispatching service. They even offered to give us a ballpark quote, which was very helpful. Unfortunately, we didn't end up using Kerrygold Plumbing services because our friend decided to install a new water heater for a very small, unbeatable fee. I however, wholeheartedly recommend Kerrygold Plumbing to everyone who needs a fast and professional service. It's all about how the customer is dealt with, and we, the customers want to show appreciation for that. Thank you Kerrygold Plumbing.

I've used Kerrygold Plumbing four times now and highly recommend this company. My most resent job was a tank-less water heater installation. I was given two options and went with a Navien model with a built in re-circulation valves and now we have hot water almost instantly in the bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room. Marcus checked and adjusted our water pressure and that made a big improvement. During the installation, Marcus kept me informed of the progress and asked me how I wanted certain things done. We had one glitch with our new unit that left us without hot water for a few hours. Willie came out, reprogrammed everything while on the phone with the manufacture and everything has worked perfectly ever since. Kerrygold has the best employees, uses the highest quality materials, they are honest and a pleasure to do business with.

Kerrygold is incredible. From the receptionist to the professional plumbers dispatch sent over, I was extremely pleased with my experience. I had a really bad kitchen sink clog in a triple stack unit. Reception was very responsive with my problem and was accommodating when I learned my upstairs neighbor was not available to have his unit checked. Dispatch sent two extremely hardworking, honest and expert plumbers, Willy and Joaquin, and I could not be happier with their service and professionalism. They are total pros, did the job and helped me tidy up afterwards. Plumbers of this quality are hard to come by, especially these days for some reason. If I ever get the chance, I will definitely call these guys again. Highly recommend!

Over the weekend, we had a plumbing problem. Talk about a nightmare! Luckily, I contacted Kerrygold and a plumber was at our house within 45 minutes. The plumber (Sean) arrived on time, evaluated the situation and got to work right away. He was polite, knowledgeable and professional. Thankfully, he was able to fix our problem (sewer line block) that same day! Pricing was good (no gouging) and I never felt like I was being ""ripped off"". I would highly recommend them!

Kerry Gold Plumbing has never disappointed us. We had an issue with one of our showers not being able to shut off, so we had to shut water off going into the whole house. It was a Saturday morning and I had a plumbing problem (sewer line blocked), and I was showing the house that day. I found Kerrygold on yelp with a very good rating, and gave them a call. They were able to come out right away and fixed my drainage problems. They were fast, friendly, and actually knew what they were doing. No 'gouging' or trying to sell unwanted services. Fair prices, in advance, for good work.
