There's not too much to say here. We wanted to get our sewage ejector pump inspected as we've been in the house for 5 years now without doing so. The office was prompt to respond and schedule having a senior tech come to do so. He took a quick look and said everything looks great and there's not much to do without a bunch of unnecessary and expensive work and they were on their way. I appreciated the honestly tremendously. Sometimes getting no service is the best service of all!

Excellent service. I had a drain clog blocking my two master bathroom sinks (on the second floor). The clog was beyond the P traps and difficult (impossible?) to reach with a snake going the usual route. Marcus and Mauricio had seen this problem before and checked to see if there was a roof vent for the sink drains. There was, and Marcus climbed onto my roof (though he has a fear of heights) and was able to clear the clog with the snake through the roof vent.
They could have easily ignored the roof vent solution and advised that the only way to access the drain pipes was to cut through the wall which would have been an expensive fix.
Thank you Marcus and Mauricio. You guys are the best!

Kathrine was great! She had such a kind demeanor i was immediately at ease.
Eric arrived right when she said he would.. and he kept working on my drain until it was clear! This was no small task, frankly I'd have given up on it after the first hour.
3 hours he persevered. My drains are so fast they're unrecognizable ! He even tightened up the mounts on my toilet. The man is a hero!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this company and the Plummer's that came to do the work,Marcus and Alex. These guys are top notch professionals. I called late Friday night and got a call back within 10 mins. I explained my problem and he said he'd bout the next day between 8 and 10. 8am I got the phone that they were mins away. They came and were polite and got right to work and followed Covid -19 guidelines. They fixed my leaking shower and even made it look better that it did before. They worked fast and were done within a couple of hours.
If you want a fair price and excellent professional service this is the company to call. Consider yourself lucky if you get Marcus and Alex on the job. You'll be glad you did. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up.

Marcus and Alex did a great job repairing a drain line that was leaking from the upstairs unit. They came with masks and were courteous and respectful. They were also very knowledgeable and got the job done professionally. Didn't leave any mess.

My elderly parents suddenly water heater died. They came out the same day with no ""rush"" charge like some other companies, diagnosed the problem & fixed it the next day (parts had to be ordered). They called to confirm their arrival time & were on time, professional & followed all Covid safety protocols. They were very transparent about the cost (which was fair) & great in communicating their technicians schedule and the entire process.

These guys are great. I had a leak from my upstairs bathroom and another company came by and said my pipes had to be replaced at a cost of $3200. I immediately went to get a second opinion. The guys at Kerrygold came by early the next morning and replaced the wax seal on my toilet and the problem was solved.
