For those of you unfamiliar with professional services around here....this may sound like a low bar...but Ken stands above. I had Rosenthal Plumbing out to look at same problem earlier today and Ken's solution was far more efficient. He worked on all three issues....knocked them out...and done in less time than was estimated by Rosenthal.

Woke Sunday morning to a cracked water main. Ken was here in less than 1 hour from my call to him. Fixed the issue quickly, we'll be back up and running as soon as all the joint sealants dry. Friendly, funny and will definitely be calling him for any future plumbing needs.

I should have gotten a price first. Way expensive. And he used a water soluable lubricant on a bathroom sink value. Still stinky and yuck tasting water and it's been a few weeks.

Ken has come out to our house several times. Once to fix a clogged toilet and the other to fix a water heater. He's communicative, prompt, and super nice. He also deals well with our house's older plumbing so he helped us find fixes rather than replacing the whole thing. Can't recommend him enough
