I was getting a new refrigerator installed today and the water valve to the fridge broke. It began dripping water and would not stop. For those of you unfamiliar with professional services around here....this may sound like a low bar...but Ken stands above. I had Rosenthal Plumbing out to look at same problem earlier today and Ken's solution was far more efficient. He worked on all three issues....knocked them out...and done in less time than was estimated by Rosenthal.
