Ernest Kelly and his wife Vivian established Kelly Plumbing in 1928 from their residence in Monroe, LA. Due to Ernest's expertise, fair prices, and quality work, his plumbing business survived the 1930s. After World War II, Ernest's sons, Ernest Jr. and Bob Sr., entered the business as journeymen plumbers. The sons carried on with new construction, including renovations and home expansions in together with plumbing fixes. With a focus to clients only in the local area, the business thrived. By the mid-1970s, Bob Sr.'s son Bobby Jr. started working for his father and relative after classes and during vacation. In 1994, Bobby Jr. assumed control of Kelly Plumbing. As a third generation expert plumber and proprietor, Bobby expanded the company's capability by adding heavy machinery, inspection cameras, and drain cleaning equipment to their toolset. Bobby brought on fourth-gen licensed plumber and offspring Robby to his staff in 2002.
Bobby Kelly is the present owner and third generation of Kelly Plumbing. Bobby assumed control of the business in 1994 but has been engaged in plumbing all of his career, serving under his father and granddad who established the business in 1928.

Lynn B.Over the past year my mother has had repeated issues with leaks from the water main into the house to the tune of monthly water bill average was $19/month to over $600. At the last leak the plumbing was rerouted for over $900. Now less than 6 months later there is a leak again where the rerouting occurred. Kelly Plumbing has been out there at least 4 if not 5 times to ""fix"" the issue each time sending a bill but not listing what was done. As of today there the water bill is $160 and her water company came and shut off the water until the issue can be corrected. Who should we call?
