Ernest Kelly and his wife Vivian founded Kelly Plumbing in the year 1928 from their home in Louisiana. Due to Ernest's expertise, fair prices, and quality work, his plumbing business survived the 1930s. Following World War II, Ernest's children, Ernest Jr. and Bob Sr., became part of the family trade as skilled tradesmen. The siblings carried on with construction work, including remodels and additions in alongside plumbing repair. With a commitment to homeowners only in West Monroe, the business flourished. By 1974, Bob Sr.'s son Bobby Jr. joined working for his dad and relative after educational hours and during the summer. In 1994, Bobby Jr. took over Kelly Plumbing. As a third-gen expert plumber and operator, Bobby expanded the company's capacity by incorporating excavators, fiber optic scopes, and drain cleaning equipment to their equipment line. Bobby welcomed 4th generation skilled tradesman and child Robby to his team in 2002.
Bobby Kelly is the current proprietor and third generation of Kelly Plumbing. Bobby became the owner of the business in 1994 but has been engaged in plumbing all of his career, serving under his father and grandfather who established the company in 1928.

Natasha K.Over the past year my mother has had repeated issues with leaks from the water main into the house to the tune of monthly water bill average was $19/month to over $600. At the last leak the plumbing was rerouted for over $900. Now less than 6 months later there is a leak again where the rerouting occurred. Kelly Plumbing has been out there at least 4 if not 5 times to ""fix"" the issue each time sending a bill but not listing what was done. As of today there the water bill is $160 and her water company came and shut off the water until the issue can be corrected. Who should we call?
