We have been a trusted plumbing company in Northeast Louisiana since the year 1928.
Ernest Kelly and his wife Vivian established Kelly Plumbing in 1928 from their residence in Louisiana. Thanks to Ernest's expertise, fair prices, and excellent craftsmanship, his plumbing business withstood the Great Depression. Following World War II, Ernest's children, Ernest Jr. and Bob Sr., became part of the company as skilled tradesmen. The sons carried on with new construction, including upgrades and home expansions in together with plumbing services. With a dedication to homeowners only in West Monroe, the company prospered. By the mid-1970s, Bob Sr.'s offspring Bobby Jr. joined working for his parent and relative after classes and during vacation. In the year 1994, Bobby Jr. took over Kelly Plumbing. As a third generation licensed plumber and owner, Bobby expanded the company's capability by adding excavators, advanced tools, and high-pressure jetters to their toolset. Bobby added fourth-gen licensed plumber and son Robby to his staff in 2002.
Bobby Kelly is the current operator and third-gen of Kelly Plumbing. Bobby assumed control of the business in 1994 but has been involved in plumbing all of his life, working under his parent and granddad who started the company in 1928.

Lynn B.Over the past year my mother has had repeated issues with leaks from the water main into the house to the tune of monthly water bill average was $19/month to over $600. At the last leak the plumbing was rerouted for over $900. Now less than 6 months later there is a leak again where the rerouting occurred. Kelly Plumbing has been out there at least 4 if not 5 times to ""fix"" the issue each time sending a bill but not listing what was done. As of today there the water bill is $160 and her water company came and shut off the water until the issue can be corrected. Who should we call?
