Ernest Kelly and his wife Vivian started Kelly Plumbing in 1928 from their house in Monroe, LA. Because of Ernest's talents, affordable pricing, and quality work, his plumbing service withstood the 1930s. Post World War II, Ernest's offspring, Ernest Jr. and Bob Sr., entered the company as licensed plumbers. The siblings expanded with new construction, including renovations and additions in alongside plumbing services. With a dedication to customers only in Monroe, the service prospered. By the mid-1970s, Bob Sr.'s son Bobby Jr. joined working for his dad and uncle after school and during summer break. In the year 1994, Bobby Jr. assumed control of Kelly Plumbing. As a third-generation licensed plumber and owner, Bobby expanded the company's services by adding heavy machinery, fiber optic scopes, and drain cleaning equipment to their inventory. Bobby welcomed 4th generation journeyman plumber and child Robby to his team in 2002.
Bobby Kelly is the current proprietor and third generation of Kelly Plumbing. Bobby took over the business in the year 1994 but has been active in plumbing all of his years, training under his parent and grandfather who founded the service in 1928.

Lynn B.Over the past year my mother has had repeated issues with leaks from the water main into the house to the tune of monthly water bill average was $19/month to over $600. At the last leak the plumbing was rerouted for over $900. Now less than 6 months later there is a leak again where the rerouting occurred. Kelly Plumbing has been out there at least 4 if not 5 times to ""fix"" the issue each time sending a bill but not listing what was done. As of today there the water bill is $160 and her water company came and shut off the water until the issue can be corrected. Who should we call?
