Ernest Kelly and his wife Vivian founded Kelly Plumbing in 1928 from their residence in Monroe. Thanks to Ernest's talents, competitive rates, and excellent craftsmanship, his plumbing company withstood the economic downturn. After World War II, Ernest's children, Ernest Jr. and Bob Sr., entered the company as licensed plumbers. The sons expanded with building projects, including renovations and additions in alongside plumbing repair. With a dedication to customers only in West Monroe, the service flourished. By the mid-1970s, Bob Sr.'s child Bobby Jr. began working for his parent and relative after classes and during summer break. In the year 1994, Bobby Jr. became the owner of Kelly Plumbing. As a third-gen licensed plumber and proprietor, Bobby expanded the company's capacity by introducing excavators, fiber optic scopes, and high-pressure jetters to their inventory. Bobby welcomed 4th generation licensed plumber and offspring Robby to his crew in 2002.
Bobby Kelly is the current owner and third-generation of Kelly Plumbing. Bobby assumed control of the service in the year 1994 but has been engaged in plumbing all of his career, working under his dad and granddad who started the company in the year 1928.

Lynn B.Over the past year my mother has had repeated issues with leaks from the water main into the house to the tune of monthly water bill average was $19/month to over $600. At the last leak the plumbing was rerouted for over $900. Now less than 6 months later there is a leak again where the rerouting occurred. Kelly Plumbing has been out there at least 4 if not 5 times to ""fix"" the issue each time sending a bill but not listing what was done. As of today there the water bill is $160 and her water company came and shut off the water until the issue can be corrected. Who should we call?
