Ernest Kelly and his wife Vivian started Kelly Plumbing in the year 1928 from their residence in Louisiana. Thanks to Ernest's expertise, fair prices, and quality work, his plumbing company withstood the Great Depression. Following World War II, Ernest's offspring, Ernest Jr. and Bob Sr., entered the company as journeymen plumbers. The sons carried on with new construction, including remodels and additions in alongside plumbing services. With a dedication to clients only in West Monroe, the business thrived. By the mid-1970s, Bob Sr.'s son Bobby Jr. began working for his parent and relative after educational hours and during vacation. In the year 1994, Bobby Jr. took over Kelly Plumbing. As a third-gen licensed plumber and proprietor, Bobby enhanced the company's capability by adding backhoes, fiber optic scopes, and drain cleaning equipment to their inventory. Bobby welcomed fourth-gen journeyman plumber and child Robby to his staff in the year 2002.
Bobby Kelly is the present owner and third-gen of Kelly Plumbing. Bobby assumed control of the service in the year 1994 but has been engaged in plumbing all of his years, serving under his dad and ancestor who founded the business in the year 1928.

Lynn B.Over the past year my mother has had repeated issues with leaks from the water main into the house to the tune of monthly water bill average was $19/month to over $600. At the last leak the plumbing was rerouted for over $900. Now less than 6 months later there is a leak again where the rerouting occurred. Kelly Plumbing has been out there at least 4 if not 5 times to ""fix"" the issue each time sending a bill but not listing what was done. As of today there the water bill is $160 and her water company came and shut off the water until the issue can be corrected. Who should we call?
