Ernest Kelly and his wife Vivian started Kelly Plumbing in 1928 from their home in Louisiana. Because of Ernest's plumbing skills, affordable pricing, and quality work, his plumbing service endured the economic downturn. Post World War II, Ernest's offspring, Ernest Jr. and Bob Sr., entered the company as skilled tradesmen. The boys expanded with new construction, including renovations and improvements in together with plumbing repair. With a dedication to homeowners only in West Monroe, the business flourished. By 1974, Bob Sr.'s son Bobby Jr. began working for his dad and relative after classes and during the summer. In 1994, Bobby Jr. took over Kelly Plumbing. As a third generation master plumber and owner, Bobby expanded the company's capacity by adding heavy machinery, advanced tools, and drain cleaning equipment to their inventory. Bobby welcomed 4th generation journeyman plumber and son Robby to his staff in the year 2002.
Bobby Kelly is the current owner and third-gen of Kelly Plumbing. Bobby became the owner of the company in the year 1994 but has been active in plumbing all of his life, serving under his father and ancestor who started the service in the year 1928.

Lynn B.Over the past year my mother has had repeated issues with leaks from the water main into the house to the tune of monthly water bill average was $19/month to over $600. At the last leak the plumbing was rerouted for over $900. Now less than 6 months later there is a leak again where the rerouting occurred. Kelly Plumbing has been out there at least 4 if not 5 times to ""fix"" the issue each time sending a bill but not listing what was done. As of today there the water bill is $160 and her water company came and shut off the water until the issue can be corrected. Who should we call?
